2. KPI report on records management 2019 / Hans Gaillard
Every year, the college informs the city council about archive management through the KPI report on archive and information management. Subsequently, the province is also informed within the framework of inter-governmental supervision. Archive management is basically in order.
College Decision:
- To adopt the KPI report on archive and information management 2019;
- To agree to inform the City Council of the 2019 Archives and Information Management KPI Report;
- To agree to send the KPI report on archive and information management 2019 to the Gedeputeerde Staten van Noord-Brabant.
3. List of commitments for council meeting July 2, 2020 / Hans Gaillard
The college will discuss the list of commitments for the council meeting of 2-7-2020.
The council agenda was adopted by the college last week.

5. Decision on objection to environmental permit / John Frenken
On November 20, 2019, the college decides to grant an environmental permit for the installation of a fence on the plot locally known as De Kuilen ongenummerd and kadastraal bekend sectie F, nr. 416 in Son en Breugel. On December 29, 2019, the college receives an objection from objectors against the above decision.
The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld with the proviso that the reasoning be supplemented in parts.
College decision on June 24, 2020:
- Declare the objection unfounded;
- uphold the contested decision while supplementing the statement of reasons;
- Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision

6. Plan damage request Brouwerskampweg ong / John Frenken
The amicable consultation with the petitioner has failed. The claims he has filed must be settled. One of these is the petitioner's 2008 planning damage request. The planning damage agency Gloudemans issued an opinion regarding this request on March 29, 2013. Gloudemans' advice is to reject the petitioner's planning damage request. It is recommended to follow this advice and reject the petitioner's request for planning damage.
The college decides to reject the request for planning damage dated June 12, 2008 from the owner of the parcel Brouwerskampweg 8 with respect to the parcel Brouwerskampweg ong. in Son en Breugel, in accordance with the advice of Gloudemans.
7. Determination of operating license application / Hans Gaillard
There is a concrete application for an exploitation license sex business. The General Local Regulation 2019 Municipality of Son and Breugel describes that an application for a license to operate a sex business can be made by submitting a form established by the competent governing body. This form has not yet been established.
The college decides to adopt the application form referred to in Article 3.6 General Local Regulation 2019.
8. MRE: Agenda and documents General Board dated July 1, 2020 / Hans Gaillard
The next meeting of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region is scheduled for July 1, 2020. The agenda includes the adoption of the 2019 annual accounts and the adoption of the 2021 budget. The draft versions of these documents have already been discussed earlier in the college and city council. With this recommendation, the agenda and underlying documents of this meeting are submitted for notification.

9. SGE: poho economy dated July 2, 2020 / Jans Boersma
On Thursday, July 2, 2020, the next portfolio holder consultation Economy of the Urban Area Eindhoven is scheduled. The agenda includes the further development of the Regional Development Fund Work Locations and the follow-up proposal for the business park programming. Through this advice, the agenda and underlying documents are submitted to the college for notification.

10. Termination of agreement municipal guide / Paul van Liempd
Every year a municipal guide is published door-to-door with an overview of listings of associations, organizations and institutions in Son and Breugel. The latest municipal guide has just been published. The question now is whether we should continue to cooperate with the distribution of a municipal guide now that there are sufficient alternatives, from the point of view of sustainability and the fact that research shows that more and more older people are digitally literate. A survey of other municipalities indicates that this does not lead to negative reactions from society. That is what this proposal is about.
The college decides to stop issuing a municipal guide annually.
