2. Request for exemption from sale of house in Sonniuspark / John Frenken

The council is requested to grant an exemption from Article 3.10 (minimum owner-occupancy requirement of 5

5. Adoption of zoning plan Breugel; Keske approx. / John Frenken

On September 15, 2020, the council approved the principle request and on September 14, 2021,
it released the draft zoning plan for the construction of one detached house or two
attached houses behind Van der Elsenstraat 28 in Breugel aan het Keske. For the construction of the house(s), the required draft zoning plan was drawn up and made available for inspection
for the period of public consultation (September 23, 2021, to November 3, 2021).
The draft zoning plan was also submitted to, among others, the province of North
Brabant (no response) and the Dommel Water Board (approval) to give them the opportunity
to respond to this draft zoning plan by submitting their views. The period
for submitting opinions yielded three responses. To complete this process, the
zoning plan "Breugel; Keske ong." can be submitted to the municipal council for adoption

The Southeast Brabant Environmental Service (ODZOB) has sent the draft budget for 2023 and the

The municipal councils have been asked to submit any opinions by May 20, 2022, at the latest.

Everything is becoming more expensive at a rapid pace. This also applies to municipal projects and, in particular, projects in the construction and infrastructure sector. As a result of sharp price increases for many raw materials and materials, many entrepreneurs are asking for adjustments to rates. We want to actively inform the city council about the possible consequences for municipal projects.

The council decides to adopt the text for the council information letter on cost-increasing
circumstances.
