4. Decision on objection charge under penalty clause.
On July 7, 2025, the council decides to impose an order subject to a penalty for acting in violation of the Son en Breugel Environmental Plan. On August 6, 2025, the council receives an objection from the objector against the above decision. The objections committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded, that the contested decision be upheld, and that the request for reimbursement of legal costs be rejected.
