The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Fair 2021 / Jan Boersma
WO Events, in collaboration with Buro De Kermisgids (on behalf of the municipality of Son en Breugel), ELE-rally, and OVSB, has submitted an application to organize the fair in the center of Son. The event permit has not yet been granted. The fair will be held from Friday, October 8, through Tuesday, October 12, 2021. The decision to award the stands for the fair in accordance with the lease proposal, the layout of the attractions, and the traffic measures is pending approval.
College Decision:
- to award the locations for the fair in accordance with the lease proposal;
- to agree to the setting up of a fair;
- take proposed traffic measures to ensure safe passage;
- Have all power connections pre-approved by an independent and accredited agency to ensure a safe power supply.
3. Integration Regulation 2021 / Paul van Liempd
On January 1, 2022, the 2021 Integration Act will come into force. From that moment on, the municipality will be responsible for the entire integration process of permit holders. The municipality must fulfill its municipal tasks within the integration system within the legal framework. To this end, we use the 'Model Regulation for the new Integration Act'.
The council decides to present the presentation (including the draft regulation) to the municipal council in an exploratory meeting.
