The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Fair 2021 / Jan Boersma
WO Events in cooperation with Buro De Kermisgids (on behalf of the municipality of Son en Breugel), ELE-rally and OVSB has submitted an application to organize the fair in the center of Son. The event permit has not yet been granted. The fair will be held from Friday, October 8 to Tuesday, October 12, 2021. The decision to award the stands for the fairground in accordance with the lease proposal, the arrangement of the attractions and the traffic measures is before us for approval.
College Decision:
- Award the booths for the fairgrounds in accordance with the lease proposal;
- Agree to set up fairgrounds;
- proposed traffic measures to be taken for safe conduct;
- have all power connections pre-inspected by an independent and approved agency for the purpose of safe power supply.
3. Regulation on Integration 2021 / Paul van Liempd
On January 1, 2022, the Integration Act 2021 will take effect. From then on, the municipality will be responsible for the entire integration process of permit holders. The municipality has to give substance to the municipal duties in the civic integration system within the legal framework. We use the 'Model ordinance new Integration Act' for this purpose.
The College decides to present the presentation (including the draft ordinance) to the City Council in an image-forming meeting.
