4 Decision on objection omgevingsvergunning uitbreiden woning
On December 28, 2023, the college decides to grant an environmental permit to expand a residence. On January 30, 2024, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.
College Decision:
- Declare the objection unfounded;
- uphold the contested decision;
- Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.
5 Advice request ASD Regulation Measures Pw, Ioaw, Ioaz and Wi2024 Municipality of Son and Breugel 2024
It is proposed to the Municipal Executive of Son en Breugel to submit the draft Regulation Measures Pw, IOAW, IOAZ and WI2021 Municipality of Son en Breugel 2024 to the Advisory Council Social Domain (ASD) for advice. The new regulation updates the existing regulations based on recent case law and legislation, including the Participation Act in Balance. Outdated regulations, such as the Integration Ordinance 2022 and the Individual Study Allowance Ordinance 2020, are repealed. The ASD has six weeks to give its opinion, after which any adjustments will be made before the draft ordinance is presented to the City Council.
The College decides to submit the draft Regulation Measures Pw, IOAW, IOAZ and WI2021 Municipality of Son and Breugel 2024 to the Social Domain Advisory Council for advice.
6 Home hairdressing salon/home-based occupations
The municipality increasingly receives requests to start a hair salon at home. We therefore want to include hairdressers in home-based professions. They can then establish themselves in more places in the municipality. This expansion will strengthen the entrepreneurial and business climate and create more business locations. These are hairdressers where one occupant of the home practices the profession. In the environmental plan (the zoning plans) of the municipality of Son en Breugel, hairdressers are not included in home-related professions. We want to change this.
The college decides:
- Allow hairdresser throughout the municipality as a home-related profession (provided it meets the associated Requirements);
- To inform the City Council of this via a Council Information Letter.
7 Bee Court
The BeeHof initiator has found that it is not feasible to realize the BeeHof.
The college decides to include the council information text "BeeHof" in the next council information letter.
8 Fair 2024 implementation
Bureau De Kermisgids has submitted an application on behalf of the municipality of Son en Breugel to organize the fair in the center of Son. The fair will be held from Friday, June 14 through Tuesday, June 18, 2024. In the Portfolio Holder consultation of May 6, 2024 it was discussed to award the stands for the fair in accordance with the lease proposal. The arrangement of these attractions is before us for approval.
The college agrees to set up the fairgrounds from June 14 to 18, 2024; 2. Decides to implement the proposed traffic measures for the purpose of safe conduct.
