On April 6, 2021, the DOD for the Dommelvallei organizations agreed on the tender document on health and safety services. This document sets out a vision with a focus on personal direction for employability and steering on prevention (preventing absenteeism). The vision has been further elaborated into -for the Dommelvallei organizations- uniform frameworks for employability and absenteeism whereby the vision has been translated into a code of conduct. The purpose of this is to
create awareness that both employer and employee are responsible for optimal employability and the lowest possible absenteeism.
