1. Internal -not public- decision list and public decision list dated September 20, 2022 - Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Request for enforcement Hercules Avenue - Hans Gaillard

The college received a request for enforcement regarding construction on a property on the Herculeslaan in Son en Breugel. The request concerns enforcement of the rules of
"Breugel" zoning plan.

The college decides to reject the request for enforcement regarding (the construction on) a plot the Hercules Avenue.

3. Adopt amendment plan Buitengebied; Lieshoutseweg 3 - Jelle de Jong

On July 14, 2021, the college approved the request in principle to split the cultural-historical building at Lieshoutseweg 3 into two residences. This under a number of Requirements.
Initiator has elaborated the request into an amendment plan, in which the Requirements have been incorporated. The plan was available for inspection from March 10 to April 20, 2022. The
Province submitted an opinion on the aspect of cultural history. Coordination was sought with the province and the plan was amended to comply with the provincial ordinance.

College Decision:

  1. To decide, pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act, not to adopt an exploitation plan for amendment plan "Buitengebied; Lieshoutseweg 3";
  2. adopt the amendment plan "Buitengebied; Lieshoutseweg 3" with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BPW830BUITENGEBIED-VA01" as amended and make it available digitally.

4. District implementation plan 't Zand - Steven Grevink

On December 23, 2021, the municipal council adopted the Transition Vision Heat (TVW). In the TVW it was agreed that in Son en Breugel we will make the first experiences for natural gas-free (ready)
in 't Zand and 't Harde Ven. The municipality will start in 't Zand in 2022. The first step is to make a starting document for the District Implementation Plan together with residents and other stakeholders. The start document provides direction on how we will organize the task together.

College Decision:

  1. Agree to hire the Energy Office to initiate the neighborhood implementation plan natural gas-free for 't Zand;
  2. Inform the City Council via the Council Information Letter via attachment;
  3. To inform residents and stakeholders of the launch of the neighborhood implementation plan natural gas-free for 't Zand via a press release.

5. FAFS organization/intervention team - Hans Gaillard

The employer is responsible for the safety and well-being of employees and third parties. In the event of an emergency, assistance must be provided by one's own organization. An FAFS
organization is necessary in case of calamity such as fire, accident. The intervention team is necessary if there is a threat of escalation in the case of services, for example. With the
FAFS plan and set-up of the intervention team for the city hall and city yard, this is provided for.

College Decision:

  1. adopt the FAFS plans;
  2. Agree with the establishment of the FAFS organization/intervention team;
  3. Provide the requested and required budget.

6. Technical amendment of General Local Regulation in connection with Omgevingswet - Hans Gaillard

Technical amendments to the General Local Ordinance are required in connection with the entry into force of the Omgevingswet.

The college decides to submit the council proposal 'Technical amendment to the General Local Bye-Laws of the Municipality of Son en Breugel 2022 in connection with Omgevingswet' to the municipal council.

7. Council information letter: balloon hall - Jelle de Jong

The college decides to adopt the submitted text on the balloon hall and include it in the next council information letter.
