3 Appointment of deputy secretary of the appeals committee and deputy complaints coordinator 

Due to staffing circumstances, a temporary substitute secretary for the appeals committee and a temporary substitute complaints coordinator must be appointed. 

The board decides to appoint Ms. V.M.L.G. Vaessen as deputy secretary of the appeals committee and deputy complaints coordinator.

4 Periodic update to the municipal council on Nyrstar's discharge into the Dommel

At the municipal council meeting on February 22, 2024, the municipal executive promised that the municipal council would be kept periodically informed about the discharges into the Dommel by Nyrstar in Pelt (Belgium). We would like to provide the municipal council with an update in the form of a council information letter.

The council decides to inform the municipal council about the current situation regarding Nyrstar's discharge into the Dommel by means of a council information letter.
