3 Privacy Protocol administrative approach to undermining crime
The Privacy Protocol on Undermining 2022 has recently been rewritten in collaboration with the Privacy Officer (PO) and the Data Protection Officer (FG). There are two reasons for this; first, the review found that the current protocol is less readable and no longer legally compliant. Second, a Local Information Consultation (LIO) has been started and this new protocol forms the basis for information sharing and processing within this LIO. Compared to the current protocol, the basis in particular has been described more extensively and its readability improved.
The college decides to adopt the Privacy Protocol Administrative Approach to Undermining 2024.

6 Preconditions and principles of development Sonnius neighborhood 52
On March 21, 2022, the municipality received an initiative proposal for the redevelopment at the location Sonniuswijk 52 in Son en Breugel. The location has an agricultural building plot on which an intensive livestock farm is allowed. On the building plot are a long-walled farm with two (split) company houses, a pigsty of about 1,400 m² and a number of small loose outbuildings. The initiator wants to realize two Room for Space dwellings, in combination with the conversion and splitting of the existing company residence/longhouse farm into two civilian dwellings. In principle, an annex of a maximum of 400 m² is desired for each house, for which an extra quality impulse will be delivered in combination with a good landscaping of the location. This will visually create 3 farming ensembles that fit in with the surroundings. This proposal describes the preconditions and starting points set by the municipality under which we want to cooperate with the initiative. The initiator is invited to further elaborate the plan on this basis.
College Decision:
- To agree to the "preconditions and principles of development site Sonniuswijk 52" for the redevelopment of the development site Sonniuswijk 52;
- To inform the initiator in writing about the "preconditions and principles of development location Sonniuswijk 52" and to request to come up with a detailed plan that fulfills them.
7 Preconditions and principles of development Airborneweg 43
The owners of Airborneweg 43 stopped their intensive livestock operation in 2021. They participated in the subsidy scheme to clean up pig farms. The municipality should have adjusted the zoning plan accordingly, but so far this has not been done. The environmental plan therefore still allows intensive livestock farming. Talks have been held with the initiator about what is possible at the location. In anticipation of the
area vision, preconditions and starting points have been established at the environment table for the conversion of the intensive livestock farm with company residence to a civilian residence with an annex of a maximum of 500m2 for a home occupation or business and the addition of a space-for-space house on the west side with an annex of a maximum of 200 m2. This proposal describes the preconditions and starting points set by the municipality under which we want to cooperate with the initiative. On this basis the initiator is invited to further elaborate the plan.
College Decision:
- To agree to the "preconditions and principles of development site Airborneweg 43" for the redevelopment of the Airborneweg 43 development site;
- To inform the initiator in writing of the "preconditions and principles of development location Airborneweg 43" and to request that they come up with a detailed plan that fulfills them.
8 Administrative agreement F58
To encourage the use of bicycles, it is desirable to create safe and comfortable bicycle routes. One of these routes is the through-cycle route F58, a bicycle connection along the Wilhelminakanaal between Tilburg and Laarbeek. To establish the contribution of the province of North Brabant and the State for the realization of this bicycle route, entering into a management agreement is necessary.
The college decides:
1. to agree to the management agreement with regard to the project "F58 -snelfietsroute Willhelminakanaal";
2. to request the mayor to delegate the signing of the management agreement, pursuant to the provisions of article 171 paragraph 2 of the Municipal Law, to Alderman Boersma;
3. to inform the municipal council about the signing of the management agreement by means of the attached council information letter.
