1. Internal (not public) decision list and public decision list dated September 19, 2023 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Land sale Zwaluwlaan Son en Breugel Enexis - Jan Boersma

Enexis has placed a compact station near the Zwaluwlaan to increase the weight of the electricity network. Enexis has requested to purchase approximately 15m2 of cadastral parcel Son en Breugel, Sectie C, number 6110. It is municipal policy to cooperate with such requests. The land will be sold in accordance with the land price policy for utilities.

College Decision:

To sell a part of cadastral plot Son en Breugel, Sectie C, number 6110 in the size of 15m2 located near the Zwaluwlaan in Son en Breugel to Enexis B.V. for a land price of €215,- p/m2.
To adopt the agreements ''Land Acquisition Son and Breugel Zwaluwlaan''.

3. Mandate, power of attorney and authorization joint procurement of public charging infrastructure - Steven Grevink

In cooperation with the province of Limburg, the province of North Brabant is facilitating a new collective approach and tender for public charging stations in public spaces. With the help of this tender, the objectives and obligations included in the National Charging Infrastructure Agenda (NAL) will be met in the coming years. The municipality of Son en Breugel is participating in the collective tender from the Province.

College Decision:

To participate in the collective tender for public charging infrastructure led by the Province of North Brabant.
Mandate to the General Manager of the Province of North Brabant to make the necessary decisions in the context of the collective tender for public charging infrastructure.
To request the Mayor to authorize the General Manager of the County to perform private legal acts and to authorize to perform acts that are neither a decision nor a private legal act for the purpose of fulfillment under the procurement.

4. RIB Status of implementation of advice Pilot case study Eindhoven Airport - Steven Grevink

With this council information letter we inform the council about the status of the implementation of the advice Proefcasus Eindhoven Airport 'Reconnected' (2019). In particular around the five spearheads from 'Reconnected'.

The college decides to inform the city council on the status of implementation of the advice Pilot case Eindhoven Airport 'Reconnected' (2019).

5. SGE Administrative Platform dated Sept. 29, 2023 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

The Administrative Platform of the Urban Area Eindhoven (SGE) is scheduled for September 29, 2023. The agenda and underlying documents are submitted to the college for notification.

The College:

Takes note of the agenda and underlying documents for the Administrative Platform of the Urban Area Eindhoven dated September 29, 2023.
Decides to agree with the various decision points in this agenda.

6. Start note youth and youth policy - Jelle de Jong

The City Council has included in the Administrative Agreement 2022-2026 that the youth and young people in our municipality deserve our full attention, paying special attention to a varied offer for young people aged 12 to 18. This attention is secured in a new youth and youth policy. Through a council information letter dated May 26, 2023, the council was informed about the process of developing the policy. With the proposed starting memorandum, the college is taking the next step in this process.

The college decides

To agree to the Youth and Youth Policy 2024 starting memorandum.
To present the Youth and Youth Policy 2024 starting memorandum to the City Council in an advisory session.
