The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Land sale Zwaluwlaan Son en Breugel Enexis - Jan Boersma

Enexis has installed a compact station near Zwaluwlaan to reinforce the electricity network. Enexis has requested permission to purchase approximately 15m2 of cadastral parcel Son en Breugel, Section C, number 6110. It is municipal policy to cooperate with such requests. The land will be sold in accordance with the land price policy for utilities.

College Decision:

A portion of cadastral parcel Son en Breugel, Section C, number 6110, measuring 15 m2, located near Zwaluwlaan in Son en Breugel, to be sold to Enexis B.V. for a land price of €215 per m2.
To establish the agreements "Land purchase Son en Breugel Zwaluwlaan."

3. Mandate, power of attorney, and authorization for joint tendering of public charging infrastructure - Steven Grevink

The province of North Brabant, in collaboration with the province of Limburg, is facilitating a new collective approach and tender for public charging stations in public spaces. This tender will help to fulfill the objectives and obligations set out in the National Charging Infrastructure Agenda (NAL) in the coming years. The municipality of Son en Breugel is participating in the collective tender from the Province.

College Decision:

Participate in the collective tender for public charging infrastructure led by the Province of North Brabant.
To grant a mandate to the general director of the Province of North Brabant to take the necessary decisions in the context of the collective tender for public charging infrastructure.
To request the mayor to grant the general director of the Province power of attorney to perform private law legal acts and to authorize him to perform acts that are neither a decision nor a private law legal act for the purpose of fulfillment within the framework of the tender.

4. RIB Status of implementation of advice on Eindhoven Airport test case - Steven Grevink

With this council information letter, we inform the council about the current status of the implementation of the Eindhoven Airport pilot case recommendation 'Reconnected' (2019). In particular, we focus on the five key points from 'Reconnected'.

5. SGE Administrative Platform dated September 29, 2023 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

The Administrative Platform of the Eindhoven Urban Area (SGE) is scheduled for September 29, 2023. The agenda and supporting documents will be submitted to the municipal executive for information.

The College:

takes note of the agenda and supporting documents for the Eindhoven Urban Area Administrative Platform dated September 29, 2023.
decides to approve the various decision points in this agenda.

6. Initial memorandum on youth policy - Jelle de Jong

The municipal council has included in the 2022-2026 administrative agreement that young people in our municipality deserve our full attention, with a special focus on providing a varied range of activities for young people aged 12 to 18. This focus is enshrined in a new youth policy. The council was informed about the policy development process in a council information letter dated May 26, 2023. With the proposed starting memorandum, the municipal executive is taking the next step in this process.

The college decides

to approve the draft policy document on youth policy 2024.
to submit the draft memorandum on youth policy 2024 to the municipal council in an advisory session.
