2. Overview of decisions taken during mandate week 43 2021 / Hans Gaillard

The College is periodically informed of decisions made in mandate. The summary includes decisions made on behalf of the College or the Mayor.

The board takes note of the overview of decisions taken in mandate week 43 2021.

3. Agreement on work for 2021 / Paul van Liempd

The council decides to adopt the 2021 work agreement in accordance with the draft.

4. Land Price Letter 2022 / Jan Boersma

College Decision:

  • to determine the land price letter for 2022;
  • when the municipal council adopts the Cost Recovery Memorandum in 2022, to review the land prices for 2022 and, if necessary, adjust them (in part).

5. Decision on Freedom of Information Act request / Hans Gaillard

On September 28, the council received a request from Stichting Platform Keelbos under the Government Information (Public Access) Act (Wob). The request was for the council to send the requests for consent from the civil servants concerned for the disclosure of their personal policy views. No documents were found that fell within the scope of the Wob request.

College Decision:

  • to make a decision on the Freedom of Information Act request from Stichting Platform Keelbos dated September 28, 2021;
  • not to disclose any information in response to the Wob request.

6. Decision on Freedom of Information Act request / Hans Gaillard

On September 28, the council received a request from Stichting Platform Keelbos under the Government Information (Public Access) Act (Wob). The request was for the mayor and aldermen's advisory memorandum with reference number 143710 to be sent to them. The request was assessed against the Wob. The information can be made public, with the exception of personal data and personal policy opinions.

College Decision:

  • to make a decision on the Freedom of Information Act request from Stichting Platform Keelbos dated September 28, 2021;
  • to disclose the documents referred to in the draft decision on the Wob request, with the exception of personal data pursuant to Article 10(2)(e) of the Wob and personal policy opinions pursuant to Article 11(1) of the Wob.
