4. Land price letter 2022 / Jan Boersma

College Decision:

  • Adopt the land price letter for 2022;
  • when the City Council adopts the Cost Recovery Memorandum in 2022, to review and, if necessary, adjust (in part) the land prices for 2022.

5. Decision Wob request / Hans Gaillard

On September 28, the College received a request under the Open Government Act (Wob) from Platform Keelbos Foundation. It requested the transmission of the requests for consent of the officials involved to disclose their personal policy views. No documents have emerged that fall within the scope of the Wob request.

College Decision:

  • To issue a decision on the Wob request from Platform Keelbos Foundation dated September 28, 2021;
  • not to disclose information in response to the Wob request.

6. Decision Wob request / Hans Gaillard

On September 28, the College received a request under the Open Government Act (Wob) from Platform Keelbos Foundation. A request was made to send the B&W advice note with reference 143710. The request has been reviewed under the Wob. The information can be made public, with the exception of personal data and personal policy views.

College Decision:

  • To issue a decision on the Wob request from Platform Keelbos Foundation dated September 28, 2021;
  • make the documents mentioned in the draft decision on the Wob request public with the exception of personal data pursuant to Article 10(2)(e) of the Wob and personal policy views pursuant to Article 11(1) of the Wob.
