2. Questions from Dorpsbelang and CDA about waiting list issues relating to the Social Support Act (WMO) and Youth / Steven Grevink
The Dorpsbelang Son en Breugel council faction asked questions in response to the RIB about the waiting list issues at WMO and Jeugd. Questions were received from the CDA faction via
.
The answers to the council questions were submitted.
The council decides:
1. to agree with the answers to the questions from Dorpsbelang Son en Breugel and CDA as presented in the submitted answers;
2. to inform the Dorpsbelang Son en Breugel council faction, the CDA, and the municipal council of the answers to the council questions.
3. Adoption of council information letter (RIB) / Jelle de Jong
In June 2022, the municipal executive decided to inform the council about the process and the main findings of the BMC report "Building a fit organization," which will be further translated into the organizational development process.
The council information letter drawn up for this purpose will be adopted by the municipal executive.
The council decides to adopt the council information letter on the BMC report "Building a fit organization."
4. Adoption of the Son-Zuid zoning plan; Houtens 11 / Jelle de Jong
The council wishes to implement "Kaders als Koers" (Frameworks as a Course). The Houtens 11 development site is being considered for this purpose. Woonveste Projectontwikkeling and the municipality have concluded a
agreement to develop this site for 14 homes, 7 of which will be affordable and 7 mid-priced. The aim is to create a mix of young and older residents.
This zoning plan provides the legal framework for building the homes at this location.
College Decision:
- pursuant to Article 110a of the Noise Abatement Act, to set higher values in accordance with Appendix A for the 14 homes to be built;
- declare the Crisis and Recovery Act applicable to zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11";
- to request the council's opinion in an advisory meeting on the Position Paper "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11" and on the adoption of the zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11" in accordance with the draft council proposal and draft council decision;
- propose to the council that:
- to adopt and adopt responses to the opinions as described and considered in the "Opinion Memorandum Son-Zuid; Houtens 11," which memorandum is deemed to form part of this decision;
- to adopt the zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11" with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP406BREUGEL-VA01" unchanged and make it available digitally;
- to decide, pursuant to Article 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act, not to adopt an exploitation plan for the zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11."
5. Education for refugees from Ukraine / Steven Grevink
From April 2022, Ukrainian refugees living in Son en Breugel will be able to attend the Ukrainian school in Eindhoven (Broodberglaan). After the
summer vacation, primary education at this location will cease. Another solution must be found for these children, preferably locally. In a council information letter (RIB)
,
the council is informed of the current situation.
The board decides to submit the RIB Education Refugees Ukraine to the council.
