The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Questions Dorpsbelang and CDA on waiting list problem WMO and Youth / Steven Grevink

The council group Dorpsbelang Son en Breugel has asked questions in response to the RIB about the waiting list problem at WMO and Youth. From the group of the CDA via the
mail. Submitted is the answer to the council questions. 

The College decides:
1. to approve the answers to the questions of Dorpsbelang Son en Breugel and CDA in accordance with the answers submitted;
2. to inform the council group Dorpsbelang Son en Breugel, CDA and city council of the answers to the council questions.

3. Adoption of council information letter (RIB) / Jelle de Jong

The college decided in June 2022 to inform the council about the process and the main findings of the BMC - report "Building a fit organization", which will be a
further translation in the organizational development process. The council information letter prepared for this purpose is adopted by the college.

The college decides to adopt the council information letter on the BMC - report "Building a fit organization".

4. Adoption of Son-Zuid zoning plan; Houtens 11 / Jelle de Jong

The college wishes to implement "Frameworks as Heading". The Houtens 11 development site is in the picture for this purpose. By Woonveste Projectontwikkeling and the municipality an
agreement to develop this location for 14 homes, of which 7 will be low-priced owner-occupied homes and 7 medium-priced owner-occupied homes. A mix of young and elderly people is envisioned.
This zoning plan provides the legal framework to build the homes on this location.

College Decision:

  1. To adopt higher values pursuant to Article 110a of the Noise Pollution Act in accordance with Appendix A, for the 14 dwellings to be built;
  2. Declare the Crisis and Recovery Act applicable to zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11";
  3. To seek the council's opinion on the Zienswijzenota "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11" and on adoption of the zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11" in a judgment meeting in accordance with the draft council proposal and draft council decision;
  4. propose to the council to:
  • responses to the views as described and weighed in the "Views Note Son-Zuid; Houtens 11," which note is deemed to be part of this decision, adopt and adopt;
  • adopt the zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11" with plan identifier "NL.IMRO.0848.BP406BREUGEL-VA01" unchanged and make it available digitally;
  • To decide, pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act, not to adopt an exploitation plan for zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11".

5. Education refugees Ukraine / Steven Grevink

From April 2022, Ukrainian refugees settled in Son en Breugel have been able to receive education at the Ukrainian school in Eindhoven (Broodberglaan). After the
summer vacations Primary Education will stop at this location. Another solution, preferably local, must be found for these children. In a council information letter (RIB)
the council will be informed about the state of affairs.

The college decides to submit the RIB Education refugees Ukraine to the council.
