The college decides to take note of the program of the Political Evening of August 28, 2025.
4. (Re)development site Van Gentlaan 4; anterior exploitation agreement incl. land sales agreement
On March 18, 2025, your council approved the final plan and the residual land offer for the Van Gentlaan 4 (re)development site.
All agreements related to the planning of this residential development site and the residual land offer are set forth in the “Preliminary Development Agreement, including Land Sale Agreement, upon the change of zoning for residential development at the Van Gentlaan 4 site in Son en Breugel.” The Municipal Executive is asked to approve the prior agreement.
The Municipal Executive decides to approve the “Prior Development Agreement, including Land Sale Agreement, upon the Change of Zoning for Residential Development at the Van Gentlaan 4 Site in Son en Breugel” and, following its adoption, to proceed with its signing.
