Decision on objection not to consider request for removal of personal data

On December 23, 2021, the college decides not to consider the request for removal of personal data. On February 1, 2022, the college receives an objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

College Decision:

1. Declare the objection unfounded;
2. uphold the contested decision;
3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.3.JB

Decision on objection not to designate property as municipal monument

On April 15, 2021, the college decides not to designate the property at Wilhelminalaan 11 in Son en Breugel as a municipal monument. On May 26, 2021, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector against the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared inadmissible because the objector cannot be considered an interested party.

College Decision:

1. Declare the objection inadmissible;
2. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

Draft 2023 budget Blink

On April 8, 2022, GR Blink presented the Draft 2023 Budget to the municipality of Son and Breugel. On April 21, the municipal council was informed in an image-forming session.
The college proposes to the municipal council not to submit a view on the Draft Budget GRR Blink 2023 and to process the consequences in the 2023 multi-year budget.

College Decision:

1. To propose to the City Council not to submit a view on the draft 2023 GRR Blink budget;
2. To propose to the City Council that the financial impact be reflected in the 2023 budget and multi-year budget.

Regulation committee on local social mediation (to judgment session)

On March 8, 2022, the college approved the draft regulation committee on local social mediation. On April 7, 2022, the draft regulation on local social mediation was discussed image-forming during the political evening. The council members agreed to move to a judgmental meeting. The college is asked to agree to the council proposal to adopt the ordinance and job profile.

The college decides to agree with the council proposal to adopt the ordinance committee local social mediation Son en Breugel 2022 and the job profile.

Neighborhood Mediation

Neighborhood mediation is a method to bring neighbors who are having problems with each other for various reasons back into conversation. The use of neighborhood mediation contributes to a decrease in the use of employees of the municipality, housing corporations and police and an improvement of the quality of life in the neighborhood. It is proposed that the LEV group also apply neighborhood mediation in the municipality of Son and Breugel.

College Decision:

1. Agree to the establishment of neighborhood mediation by the LEV group;
2. To approve the cost of €9,500 per year for the application of neighborhood mediation;
3. To agree to the covenant on neighborhood mediation Son en Breugel subject to the final agreement of Woonstichting Thuis;
4. To accept the Son en Breugel Neighborhood Mediation Project Plan for notification.

Draft budget 2023 Eindhoven Metropolitan Region

Each year, the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region adopts a budget. The city councils of the participating municipalities are given the opportunity to submit an opinion on the budget if they wish. This year, the content of the budget does not give cause to submit an opinion.

College Decision:

1. To take note of:
   a. the offer letter concept budget 2023 Metropoolregio Eindhoven;
   b. the concept budget 2023 Metropoolregio Eindhoven.
2. To propose to the City Council not to submit a view.

Purchase Veerstraat - Stakenburgstraat location

On August 24, 2021, the college decided to agree to the Heads of Agreement regarding the purchase of the ''Van Eck'' Site on Veerstraat/Stakenburgstraat. The Heads of Agreement stated that the purchase was subject to a soil investigation. The soil investigation has been completed and the report has been reviewed by the Odzob.

The college decides to:

1. To take note of Tritium's soil survey;
2. Agree to the purchase price of 2.0 million for the Veer Street/Stakenburg Street site;
3. To agree to the draft purchase and sale agreement and submit it to the selling party;
4. text mandate to Alderman Boersma to make any adjustments to the agreement;

The mayor assigned the signing of the deed of delivery to Alderman Boersma.

BijenHof project, Crisis and Recovery Act application.

The college decides to approve the Crisis and Recovery Act application for the BeeHof project.
