The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Rib on Youth Protection Brabant / Steven Grevink

The college decides to adopt the submitted text on "state of affairs Youth Protection Brabant" and to include it in the next council information letter.

3. Amendment plan "Buitengebied; Hooijdonk 7" / Jelle de Jong

The zoning plan for the outlying area offers the possibility of converting the zoning "business" to "residential." The initiator wants to make use of this possibility. Part of the zoning will be
will be converted to residential, the remainder to "nature". This will contribute to the goals of the municipality, water board and province. It is now up to the college to release the plan
release for the procedure."

College Decision:

  • To enter into the antecedent agreement marked 1411650 with promoter and publish the substantive content of the agreement;
  • To make the draft amendment plan "Buitengebied; Hooijdonk 7" with plan IDNNL.IMRO.0848.BPW831BUITENGEBIED-ON01 available for inspection for a period of six weeks for views, after the agreement has been signed by all parties.

4. Repair and maintenance at De Corridor accommodation / Jelle de Jong

This opinion addresses the funding of repair and maintenance work on De Corridor's property.

The College decides to agree to pay the cost of replacing 8 LED floodlights at €19,100 (excluding VAT).

5. Temporary housing of activities of De Bongerd in The Vestzaktheater and the airdome / Jelle de Jong

To allow the activities taking place in De Bongerd to continue during the new construction, temporary housing will be offered in the balloon hall/airdome of the Art Grass Foundation
and at the Vestzaktheater. The operation of both accommodations is addressed in this proposal.

The college decides to approve:

  • The funding for physical education proposed in the opinion;
  • the attached airdome operating agreement;
  • The attached Vestzaktheater Operating Agreement.

6. Credit allocation temporary housing sports hall De Bongerd / Jelle de Jong

On Friday, September 30, the council was informed via a council information letter about the completion of the investigation into the temporary housing of the users of De Bongerd.
After further investigation, it appeared that in the council proposal "credit allocation new building De Bongerd" the estimated amount of € 600,000 for the temporary accommodation was not
included in the credit allocation by the City Council on July 22, 2021.

College Decision:

  • designate the temporary housing for the users of The Bongerd as a fire case;
  • To agree to make available the credit in the amount of €600,000 for the temporary accommodation for the users of The Bongerd;
  • To submit the financial implications to the City Council via submitted addendum to the 2nd Administrative Report 2022.

7. Progress on residual strips project / Jan Boersma

The college is informed periodically, through the reports, about the progress of the residual strips project.

College Decision:

  • To take note of the reports made following the periodic project team meetings with the portfolio holder Jan Boersma;
  • Take note of the financial status of the project;
  • Inform the City Council of progress through the submitted RIB.

8. Grondverhuur De Rooy - Ekkersrijt / Jan Boersma

In 1988, the Agglomeration Industriepark Ekkersrijt leased plot B2471, located on the east side of the A50 motorway, to G.M. de Rooy & Zn. The lease agreement ended in 1993
ended. After lengthy legal proceedings, it was agreed that G.M. de Rooy & Zn could use the plot for no consideration until no later than August 1, 2011. This was extended once until August 1, 2012 In connection with the temporary facilitation of Ikea during the remodeling of the store and construction of the parking garage. Thereafter, the municipality made new arrangements for the period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 and recorded them in a lease agreement. For the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, we would like to enter into another lease agreement with G.M. de Rooy & Zn.

College Decision:

  • To lease plot B2471, measuring 25,440 m2, for a period of 1 year to G.M. de Rooy & Zn with the effective date of January 1, 2023;
  • Agree to the draft lease agreement parcel B2471 in Son en Breugel.

9. Rib major maintenance Sept. 17 square / Jan Boersma

Major maintenance is going to be carried out on September 17 Square. Through the submitted rib text, the City Council is informed about it.

The college decides to adopt the submitted text on "major maintenance September 17 Square" and include it in the council information letter dated October 28, 2022.

10. Grondexploitatie Centrum Son / Jan Boersma

The City Council is proposed to adopt the land exploitation for the Center of Son. The land exploitation for the center of Son was discussed in an
image-forming meeting. As a result of the image-forming meeting, the decision points of the council proposal were changed. Hence, the college is again
asked to agree to the amended council proposal and to present it to the city council for its opinion.

The college decides to approve the council proposal and the land development plan for the center of Son.
