3. Program Political Evening March 27, 2025

The college decides to take note of the program of the additional Political Evening on March 27, 2025.

4. Covenant addressing drug sites

The covenant "Approach to drug locations East Brabant 2025-2030" focuses on the joint approach to drug crime. At the biennial evaluation of the hemp covenant, the covenant parties involved (being the police, all municipalities in East Brabant, the UWV, the housing corporations with a real estate portfolio in East Brabant, Safety Regions North Brabant and Brabant-Zuidoost, Brabant Water and Enexis) expressed the desire to expand the covenant into a drugs covenant. The covenant enables cooperation and information sharing between the parties. This strengthens the integrated security approach and helps prevent and combat drug production and trafficking.

The college decides:

  1. To agree to the covenant "Approach to Drug Sites East Brabant 2025-2030" and its annexes;
  2. To adopt the text on the covenant "Approach to Drug Locations East Brabant 2025-2030" and include it in the next council information letter.

The mayor signs the covenant sign sheet.

5. (Re)development site Ruysdaelstraat 2

On June 11, 2024, the anterior exploitation agreement for the realization of the 53 rental apartments at the Ruysdaelstraat 2 location was concluded. For the energy supply, the initiator has chosen to do this in the form of a thermal energy storage system, using a number of soil sources situated under the public parking lot. Additional agreements have been made for the construction, management, maintenance and costs of adapting the public space for the soil sources and associated cables and pipes.
The anterior agreement should be supplemented for this reason. This in the form of an 'allonge' so that all obligations between the Municipality and the initiator are bundled in this agreement. The college decides to adopt the allonge and to sign it.

The college decides to adopt the 'allonge belonging to the anterieure exploitation agreement including land sales agreement at the zoning change for housing development location Ruysdaelstraat 2 in Son en Breugel'.

6. CDA written questions: income support measures.

The CDA group has asked council questions about communication on income support measures in response to a recent initiative by the municipality of Nuenen to issue a booklet on this subject. A letter answers these questions.

The college decides to adopt the answer letter to the council.
