1. Cooperation covenant and privacy protocol Health and Safety House Brabant Zuidoost / Hans Gaillard

The Health and Safety House Brabant Zuidoost cooperates with 21 municipalities and a large number of social welfare and care partners. Given the developments regarding the General Data Protection Regulation, the cooperation covenant and privacy protocol have been updated. This brings the documents back into compliance with current privacy legislation.

The college decides:
1. agree to the Cooperation Covenant 'Cooperation between chain partners in the Health and Safety House Brabant Zuidoost';
2. to approve the Privacy Protocol 'Integral Safety and Complex Multi-Problem Issues Health and Safety House Brabant Southeast'.

2. Adoption of non-public decision list and public decision list B&W meeting dated August 18, 2020 / Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision list and the public decision list in accordance with the drafts.
The college decides, after consulting procurement organization BIZOB, to make the documents requested by the VVD group to be inspected of the procurement/procurement process Dorpshuis confidentially available for inspection by the VVD group from Wednesday, August 26, from 1 p.m., and to ask Municipal Clerk’s Office to allow the other groups to inspect the documents as well.


3. Decisions of the College of Mayor and Aldermen during the summer vacation 2020 / Hans Gaillard

The composition of the College of Mayor and Aldermen during the summer vacation is incomplete and variable. For the progress of business, the college meets during the summer vacation and makes decisions where appropriate. This was done during the college meetings of July 21, July 28, August 4 and August 11, 2020.
The decision lists were also adopted each time. The August 18 decision list will be adopted at the August 25 college meeting. According to good practice, the college takes note of these decision lists in the first plenary meeting. So that is also August 25.

4. Agenda council meeting Aug. 27, 2020 / Hans Gaillard

The college will discuss the items scheduled for the council meeting of 27-8-2020.

The college discusses the agendas and lists of commitments for the September 2020 committee meetings.

6. Annual celebration Sept. 17 / Hans Gaillard

Every year we celebrate the Liberation Day of Son and Breugel (Sept. 17) with a memorial service at the monument. Every five years a largest commemoration takes place. Last year, in 2019, we celebrated 75 years of liberation in Son and Breugel. The mayor then expressed his wish to commemorate the liberation of Son and Breugel more extensively each year on and around Sept. 17. Due to corona, festivities are not possible this year.

The college decides:
1. to agree with the proposed program for the celebration of the liberation of Son and Breugel on September 17;
2. to pay the costs from the budget for popular festivities and commemorations.

7. Reply letter Aarts construction & De Twee Snoeken / Jan Boersma

In a letter, the firms Aarts Bouw and De Twee Snoeken expressed their doubts about the "level playing field" regarding the final design for the Village Hall.
Together with BIZOB, the draft reply has been prepared. The letter can also be sent to the council members.


The college decides to agree with the reply to the letter of De Twee Snoeken.

8. Advisory OR development approach organizational development KWIEK / Paul van Liempd

In the college meeting of June 9, 2020, the development approach to organizational development KWIEK and the associated documents were adopted as a proposed resolution. This development approach was submitted to the Works Council for its opinion and a positive opinion has since been issued. The Works Council's recommendation shows support and appreciation for the development approach. Points of attention and recommendations have been indicated, but from a supportive angle. These will be included in the further development process. The development approach can be finalized in the college meeting and the WOR director will take care of the requested written response to the OR.

The college decides
1. to take note of the advice of the Works Council;
2. adopt the development approach organizational development KWIEK with the associated documents:
- movement towards self-organization
- self-organizing development
- Self-organising structuring with the appendices "Team steering and coaching" and "Team roles".
"Team roles" to be definitively adopted;
3. mandate the WOR Director in coordination with the portfolio holder p&o and team Steering and coaching to handle the written response to the Works Council by October 1, 2020.

9. Presentation forest and natural areas municipality of Son en Breugel committee Grondgebied affairs of September 7, 2020 / Paul van Liempd
