The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Establish hotspot corona / covid-19 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

A hotspot is an event that results in notable or intense interaction between government and residents or between residents. Hotspots should be identified by government agencies so that information related to them is permanently preserved. By identifying this hotspot, we ensure that relevant information about corona/covid-19 is permanently preserved and available to interested parties.

The college decides to establish the hot spot for corona / covid-19.

3. Political Evening Oct. 26 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

The college discussed the program schedule for the October 26, 2023 Political Evening and the list of commitments council Sept. 21, 2023.

4. Decision on objection granted environmental permit to construct paving - Jelle de Jong

On June 9, 2023, the college decides to grant an environmental permit for the construction of paving on the parcel de Kuilen 3d in Son en Breugel. On July 14, 2023, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector against the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared inadmissible.

College Decision:

  • Declare the objection inadmissible;
  • Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

5. Decision on objection to environmental permit - Jelle de Jong

On May 26, 2023, the college decides to grant an environmental permit for the erection of an industrial hall with office. On June 29, 2023, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld, with the proviso that on the drawing the distance from the outer wall to the plot boundary be adjusted to a minimum of 5.1 meters.

College Decision:

  1. Declare the objection unfounded;
  2. uphold the contested decision, with the exception that the distance from the outer façade to the property boundary on the drawing has been adjusted to 5.1 meters;
  3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

6. Purchase Nota Cost Recovery Gloudemans - Jan Boersma

In both the 2nd Scheduling Report and Budget 2024 - 2027, funding is requested for guidance in preparing a Nota Kostenverhaal. A Nota Kostenverhaal allows the municipality to recover municipal costs from private initiators.

College Decision:

  • To agree to the quotation from Gloudemans consulting firm for the preparation of a Nota Kostenverhaal that the work will be carried out at a cost of € 27,500 excl;
  • Agree to the abbreviated procurement strategy for engaging Gloudemans as a consulting firm to prepare a Nota Kostenverhaal.

7.Inform city council of start of drafting charging plan for public charging infrastructure - Steven Grevink

In September, work began on a new charging plan. The charging plan should strengthen the implementation and realization of charging stations. We expect to present a charging plan to the council in early 2024. We want to inform the council about this.

The College decides to inform the City Council of the start of the preparation of the charging plan through a council information letter.

8. Decision on objection to decision to reserve two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles in Kempen Avenue - Steven Grevink

On May 22, 2023, the college decided to designate two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles at Kempenlaan in Son en Breugel. The college received eight notices of objection against the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objections be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

9. Decision on objection to decision to reserve two parking spaces for electric vehicle charging and a share car in Peellaan - Steven Grevink

On June 6, 2023 the college decides to reserve a parking space for charging electric vehicles and to reserve a parking space for charging a shared car in the Peellaan in Son en Breugel. On June 27, 2023, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector against the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

10. Decision on objection to decision to reserve two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles in the Arafura - Steven Grevink

On May 22, 2023, the college decides to designate two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles in the Arafura in Son en Breugel. On June 21, 2023, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector against the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

11. Memo advisory session Dommelvallei Service - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

During the political evening on September 7, 2023, there was a proposal from the college not to submit an opinion against the 1st Executive Report and the 2nd budget amendment of the Dommelvallei Service. During the discussion the need arose for an advisory session with the council in which the director (or someone else on behalf of the Service) could explain the developments and answer questions. The portfolio holder promised to schedule this.

The College decides to adopt the memo for the advisory session with the City Council.

12. Council information letter: Reorganization team 'Taxes and collection' Finance Department Dommelvallei - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

One of the tasks of the Dommelvallei service is to impose and collect taxes. The service commissioned a business case which focused on the question: with regard to these tasks, is the organization itself capable of bringing (and maintaining) the necessary quality of service up to standard or should a strategic choice be made to outsource the work? With the possible outcome of entering into cooperation with an external partner. The council information letter informs the city council about the developments and the advice of the college to the AB of the Dommelvallei Service.

College Decision:

  • Advise the AB of the Dommelvallei Service to approve the proposed reorganization;
  • adopt the council information letter.

13. Regiodeal, application 5th tranche - Jan Boersma

An application for the 5th tranche of the Regio Deal is being prepared by the MRE together with municipalities and other parties. The coordination of this process is via the MRE's portfolio holders' meeting on Economy. In this poho the portfolio holders have been asked whether municipalities can agree to this 90% version of the application. It is also requested that the chairman of the MRE Economy poho be given the text mandate to finalize and submit the application.

College Decision:

  • To approve the draft application Regio Deal 5th tranche 'At Home in Brainport';
  • Mandate the chairman of the poho Economy MRE as administrative lead to perfect the concept in accordance with the line initiated and then submit it.

14. Location choice pumptrack Son en Breugel - Jan Boersma

In 2022, some children from Son and Breugel presented a petition to the college for a pumptrack in the municipality. Since then, much work has been focused on reaching a sound decision. On October 9, 2023, the college presented an elaboration of four options to the council groups. Six of the seven groups expressed that the De Molenwiek playground site is the preferred location. The college therefore proposes to the council to designate this location as the site for the pumptrack and begin implementation.

The college decides to approve the council proposal to designate the De Molenwiek playground site as a location to construct a pumptrack.

 15. Advisory session political evening - Jan Boersma

In 2022, the desire was expressed to draw up a Green-Gray management plan. This will flesh out policy choices and current themes in the field of management of roads, greenery, games and street furniture. For the management of public space, we emphasize biodiversity and future-proofing in the form of a management emphasis of "Do Green!".
The content of this accent will be shared with the council, asking the council if there are any additions that will be taken into account when finalizing the management plan.

College Decision:

  • Present the "Presentation Green Grey Plan Political Evening Nov. 9, 2023" presentation to the council in an advisory session;
  • asking the council to make suggestions to fill in the ' Do Green!" emphasis.

16. Land purchase parcels F 374 and 375 Broekstraat - Jan Boersma

On April 25, 2023, your college decided to acquire the agricultural parcels Son en Breugel, Section F, numbers 374 and 375. The notarial transport took place on September 22, 2023. In accordance with the Nota Grondbeleid it is necessary to inform the city council as soon as possible by means of a council information letter about the strategic acquisition.

College Decision:

  • Adopt the council information letter ''Purchase of agricultural parcels F 374 and F375 Broekstraat''.
  • Alderman Jan Boersma text mandate to make any changes.

17. Plan of action for GALA - Steven Grevink

In February 2023, municipalities, GGD 's, health insurers and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport concluded the Healthy and Active Living Agreement (GALA). With this agreement, these parties are jointly committed to a healthy and active life with a solid social basis for all residents. A specific payment is linked to the agreement to implement the agreement: the broad SPUK. In order to claim these funds, municipalities will draw up an integral plan of approach for the period 2023-2026. The plan of approach is submitted on behalf of the municipality of Son and Breugel.

College Decision:

  1. Agree to the plan of action for GALA Son and Breugel;
  2. To mandate Alderman Grevink to sign the plan of action GALA Son en Breugel;
  3. To approve the council information letter and send it to the council.

18. Annual report on compulsory education/RMC school year 2021-2022 - Steven Grevink

Annually, the City Council is informed about the implementation of the Compulsory Education Act. The City Council will be informed about school year 2021-2022 through a council information letter.

The College:

  • Notes the 2020-2021 regional annual report on compulsory education/RMC: Combating school absenteeism and ESL;
  • Informs the City Council in the next Council Information Letter
