The college adopts the decision lists.
2. SGE: Economy portfolio holders' meeting dated November 26, 2020 / Jan Boersma
The next portfolio holders' meeting on the Economy of the Eindhoven Urban Area is scheduled for November 26, 2020. This advice presents the agenda and supporting documents to the municipal executive for information. The agenda includes topics such as business park programming, migrant workers, and adjustments to the Regional Development Fund for Work Locations.
The council takes note of the agenda and underlying documents of the portfolio holders' meeting on the Economy of the Eindhoven Urban Area dated November 26, 2020.
3. Agenda of the joint committee on Civil Affairs and Land Affairs dated December 1, 2020 / Hans Gaillard
The council discusses the agenda for the combined Foreign Affairs/Health Committee meeting
on December 1, 2020.
4. Measures to control crowds at Ekkersrijt / Hans Gaillard
Since the start of the coronavirus crisis, our supervisors have been monitoring compliance with coronavirus measures. Recently, it has become apparent that Ekkersrijt is too busy at certain times during the weekends. The parking lots are full, it is too busy around the food trucks, and people are not complying with the measures indoors either. Therefore, entrepreneurs are being contacted in advance to discuss the risks. Food truck owners are requested not to set up shop during Black Friday, the weekends in December, and the Christmas holidays.
College Decision:
- to request food truck owners not to occupy a parking space during Black Friday, the weekends in December, and the Christmas holidays;
- to inform the food truck owners and shopkeepers here by letter.
