1. Internal (non-public) decision list and public decision list dated May 17, 2022 / Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Draft zoning plan "Buitengebied; Wolfswinkel t.o. 2" / John Frenken

The college agreed in 2021 to the request in principle for the realization of one detached house opposite Wolfswinkel 2. This requires a space for space title to be purchased from the municipality. To recover the costs of this plan and ratify the principles, the anterior agreement is now before us. The college is asked to enter into it and to put the draft zoning plan into procedure.

College Decision:

  • Enter into the antecedent agreement with promoter and publish the business content of the agreement;
  • To submit the draft zoning plan "Buitengebied; Wolfswinkel t.o. 2," with plan IDN NL.IMRO.0848.BP828BUITENGEBIED-ON01 for public inspection, after the agreement has been signed by all parties.

3. College decision on one-time energy surcharge / Paul van Liempd

The municipality has the authority to grant a one-time energy surcharge to residents with incomes at or just above the social minimum. The college decides to implement this scheme and adopts the policy rules for a one-time energy surcharge 2022. The policy is consistent with the minimum policy and the implementation advice from the State.

College Decision:

  • To adopt the policy rules one-time energy allowance Son en Breugel 2022;
  • Inform the Council via the June 24 Council Information Letter.

4. Redevelopment Sint-Genovevastraat development site; modified proposal May 2022 incl. draft antecedent operating agreement / John Frenken

In 2017, the college decided to cooperate in principle with the (re)development of the Sint-Genovevastraat site into a housing development site and to offer and sell the municipal land for this purpose. From then on, an interactive participatory process was used to develop a final plan. As a result, the final plan was offered on November 8, 2021. This final plan fully complies with the "Framework and Heading" and other
preconditions and starting points". The college is asked to agree to the final plan and the residual land offer based on this plan so that the process to arrive at the desired housing development can be continued.

College Decision:

  1. To agree to the final urban development plan 'Sint Genovevastraat - Veerstraat - Breugel' prepared by Van Laarhoven Bouw dated 3-11-2021;
  2. To agree to the final agreed residual land offer of €253,000;
  3. To thereby approve the final sale of the municipal land (section E. numbers 358, 1341 and 418 Sint-Genovevastraat) to Van Laarhoven Bouw for the desired realization of 21 homes in accordance with the final plan 'Sint-Genovevastraat - Veerstraat - Breugel' dated 3-11-2021;
  4. To lay down the final urban development plan 'Sint-Genovevastraat - Veerstraat - Breugel d.d. 3-11-2021', the residual land offer incl. the 'land exploitation' and 'opstalexploitatieberekening Sint-Genovevastraat Son en Breugel' d.d. 10-Feb-22 / 10-02-22 and further agreements for the (re)development of the Sint-Genovevastraat site by Van Laarhoven Bouw in an anterior exploitation agreement and to proceed to signature after adoption;
  5. To take note of the outline of the 'anterior exploitation agreement on zoning change for housing development location Sint-Genovevastraat in Son en Breugel' as an elaboration of your college decision dated March 29, 2022.
