The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Program for Political Evening on May 25 and list of commitments April 20, 2023 / Suzanne Otters-Bruijen


The council discusses the program schedule for the Political Evening of May 25, 2023, and the list of commitments for the council meeting of April 20, 2023.

3. Development perspective for Urban Brabant (Novex) / Jelle de Jong


Son en Breugel signed the Urbanization Agreement with the national government and the province in 2022 as part of the SGE. This agreement contains agreements on important themes. This puts the municipality ahead of the other subregions within the MRE. The Urban Brabant Development Perspective is now being drawn up for the Region. This is in line with the agreements laid down in the Urbanization Agreement. This Development Perspective must be adopted at the end of the year in the BO MIRT. For now, the draft has been approved for discussion during the BO Living Environment (June 2023). The council decides:


1. to approve the draft Development Perspective for Urban Brabant 2040, including initial implementation agreements;
2. after approval by the parties involved (expected in September 2023), to use the development perspective as a building block for future environmental instruments and to present it as part of the Spatial Proposal in October.

4. Release of draft zoning plan and draft environmental permit for Boslaan 63 for the period of public consultation / Jelle de Jong


On February 3, 2022, the municipal council decided to coordinate the decisions related to the redevelopment of the Boslaan 63 site. The decisions for this redevelopment, such as the necessary zoning plan and the necessary environmental permit, must be taken in a coordinated manner. The draft zoning plan and the draft environmental plan that will enable the redevelopment of the site for one detached house and twelve residential apartments have been completed.

As part of the adoption procedure, this draft zoning plan and the draft environmental permit must be released for the period during which opinions can be submitted.

The council decides to:
1. approve the new "Registration note for informal EIA assessment Boslaan 63 Son en Breugel" submitted by the initiator and to determine that there is no reason to proceed with an EIA procedure;
2. take note of the draft zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63";
3. take note of the draft environmental permit "Boslaan 63" number 08481507004;
4. to release the draft zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63" and the accompanying draft environmental permit "Boslaan 63" number 08481507004 for further adoption procedures (publication for the purpose of obtaining opinions) on the basis of the coordination scheme.
