The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Program Political Evening May 25 and list of commitments April 20, 2023 / Suzanne Otters-Bruijen
The college discussed the program format for the May 25, 2023 Political Evening and the list of commitments council April 20, 2023.
3. Development Perspective Urban Brabant (Novex) / Jelle de Jong
Son and Breugel signed the 2022 Urbanization Agreement with the State and Province in the SGE context. In this agreement agreements were made on important themes. This puts the municipality ahead of the other sub-regions within the MRE. The Urban Brabant Development Perspective is now being drawn up for the region. This is in line with the agreements laid down in the Urbanization Agreement. This Development Perspective must be adopted at the end of the year in the BO MIRT. For now, the draft is agreed to be discussed during the BO Living Environment (June 2023). The College decides:
1. to agree to the draft Development Perspective Urban Brabant 2040, including initial development agreements;
2. after approval by the parties involved (expected in September 2023) to use the development perspective as a building block for future environmental instruments and offer it as part of the Spatial Proposal in October.
4. Release draft zoning plan and draft environmental permit Boslaan 63 tbv period of views / Jelle de Jong
On February 03, 2022, the City Council decided to coordinate the decisions associated with the redevelopment of the Boslaan 63 site. The decisions for this redevelopment such as the required zoning plan and the required environmental permit must be coordinated. The draft zoning plan and the draft environmental plan to enable the redevelopment of the site for one detached house and twelve residential apartments have been finalized.
As part of the adoption procedure, this draft zoning plan and the draft environmental permit must be released for the period for the submission of views.
The college decides to:
1. agree with the new "Notification Memorandum Form-Free EIA Assessment Boslaan 63 Son en Breugel" submitted by the initiator and determine that there is no reason to go through an EIA procedure;
2. to take note of the draft zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63";
3. to take note of the draft environmental permit "Boslaan 63" number 08481507004;
4. to release the draft zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63" and the accompanying draft environmental permit "Boslaan 63" number 08481507004 under the coordination scheme for the further adoption procedure (publication for views).
