1. Internal (non-public) decision list and public decision list dated July 26, 2022 / Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Decision on objection to rejection of application for benefits under the Participation Act (Pw) / Steven Grevink

On Feb. 21, 2022, the college decides to reject an application for benefits under the Participation Act (Pw). On March 22, 2022, the college receives a notice of objection
from the objector against the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

College Decision:

  1. Declare the objection unfounded;
  2. uphold the contested decision;
  3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

3. Council proposal Regulation funding pupil transport Son en Breugel 2022 / Steven Grevink 

The municipal council has the legal obligation to adopt regulations for the funding of pupil transport. The present draft regulation is based on the current
model ordinance of the VNG of December 2020. There is no question of amended legislation, but rather revision due to developments in the social domain and appropriate
education. The advice of the ASD has been incorporated into the regulation.

The college decides to agree with the submitted council proposal to adopt the 'Ordinance funding pupil transport Son en Breugel 2022'.

4. RES Cooperation and Implementation Program / Steven Grevink

At the end of 2021, the municipalities in the MRE, the two water boards and Province of North Brabant adopted the RES 1.0. The policy ambitions of the RES have been incorporated into a
cooperation and implementation program (S&UP). In the S&UP we make joint agreements on which themes we, as a region or in (changing) coalitions, want to take steps.

The College decides to adopt the RES MRE Cooperation and Implementation Program.

5. Adoption of zoning plan "Buitengebied; waterhoef ong." / Jelle de Jong

In 2017, the college approved the request in principle for the realization of two detached "space for space homes" in the Waterhoef. For the realization of the homes, the
required draft zoning plan was prepared and placed on view for the period of views (January 27, 2022 through March 9, 2022). The draft zoning plan was also
submitted to, among others, the province of North Brabant and Waterschap de Dommel (agreed) in order to give them the opportunity to respond by means of an opinion to this
draft zoning plan. The period of views produced one response. Namely from the province. At the conclusion of this process, the zoning plan "Buitengebied;
waterhoef ong." can be presented to the municipal council for adoption.

College Decision:

  1. To propose to the council to adopt the statement of views and the zoning plan "Buitengebied; waterhoef ong." with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP804BUITENGEBIED-VA01" unchanged and to make it available digitally;
  2. To propose that the council decide not to adopt an exploitation plan for zoning plan "Buitengebied; waterhoef ong." pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act.

6. Extend company home Herculeslaan / Jelle de Jong

An application for an environmental permit to deviate from the zoning plan has been submitted. It concerns a plan to expand a company residence on Herculeslaan.

7. Review of SBBE 2021 financial statements / Jan Boersma

Earlier this year, the Ekkersrijt Security Foundation (SBBE) sent the 2021 financial statements to the College of B&W. The foundation thus fulfills its
commitment to submit the financial statements to the college of B&W for inspection. The financial statements were analyzed by the financial consultant. It was concluded that the
exploitation and the annual accounts show a healthy picture.

College decision to accept for notification:

  1. To accept the 2021 financial statements of Stichting Beveiliging Ekkersrijt (SBBE) for notification;
  2. To accept for notification the 2021 SBBE financial analysis.
