2. Mandate joint participation in tender GT Mobile / Hans Gaillard

On May 26, the Directors' Consultation Dommelvallei (DOD) made the choice to participate jointly on behalf of the four organizations in the GT Mobiel 3 tender. Service Dommelvallei takes the leading role in the procurement process. This requires the college to mandate the service to participate on their behalf.

The college decides to grant mandate to Service Dommelvallei to participate in the procurement process of GT Mobiel 3 on behalf of the college.

3. Council proposal Adoption of zoning plan "Breugel; Sint Hubertuslaan ong." / John Frenken

On April 7, 2021, your college decided to give final cooperation to the change of zoning on St. Hubertuslaan ong. for the realization of a dwelling, by releasing the draft zoning plan for public inspection and signing the anterior agreement. For the realization of the dwelling, the required draft zoning plan was prepared and placed on view for the period of views (April 15 to May 26, 2021). The draft zoning plan was also submitted to, among others, the province of North Brabant (no response) and Waterschap de Dommel (agreement) to give them the opportunity to respond to this draft zoning plan by means of an opinion. The period of views did not produce any further reactions. In conclusion of this process, the zoning plan "Breugel; Sint Hubertuslaan ong." can be presented to the municipal council for adoption.

The college decides to:

  1. To seek the council's opinion on the adoption of the zoning plan "Breugel; Sint Hubertuslaan ong." in a deliberative meeting. in accordance with the draft council proposal and draft council decision;
  2. To propose that the council decide not to adopt an exploitation plan for zoning plan "Breugel; Sint Hubertuslaan ong." pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act;
  3. To propose to the council that the zoning plan "Breugel; Sint Hubertuslaan ong." with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP405BREUGEL-VA01" be adopted unchanged and made available digitally.

4. Policy Rules Prolongation Temporary Support Necessary Costs Tonk 2021 Son en Breugel / Paul van Liempd

The Cabinet has decided to extend the economic support and recovery package, including Tonk, by three months to Oct. 1. The previously extended municipal policy rules of the Temporary Support Necessary Costs (Tonk) are also extended until Oct. 1. In addition, the college will continue to assess individual cases of households and business owners for possible support from the municipal fund.

The College:

  1. Adopts the policy rules ''Prolongation of Temporary Support Necessary Costs (Tonk) Municipality of Son and Breugel (2021)'';
  2. continues to fulfill the City Council's motion by calling on households and businesses to apply for individual support when (State) regulations do not provide it;
  3. Approves the attached council information text for the purpose of the next council information letter.

5. Poverty policy memorandum 2021-2024 / Paul van Liempd

Our current poverty policy dates back to 2007. In February 2019, the topic of poverty was introduced at the Citizens' Affairs Committee meeting. Initially it was about silent poverty among the elderly, but later the topic was broadened. A plan of action was written to arrive at a new note on poverty policy. The GGD conducted the research on poverty and income schemes in Son and Breugel. The report provides recommendations for the poverty policy. The Social Domain Advisory Council has issued an opinion on the poverty policy. The new poverty policy is now before us.

The College:

  1. Notes the Poverty Policy Memorandum 2021-2024;
  2. Approves the Poverty Policy Memorandum 2021-2024;
  3. Approves the letter to the Social Domain Advisory Council providing feedback on the opinion on poverty policy;
  4. Approves the attached council proposal to adopt the 2021-2024 Poverty Policy Memorandum.

6. Annual Report on Child and Host Parent Care 2020 / Jos de Bruin

The municipality is responsible for supervising and enforcing the quality of child and guest parent care. Annually, the municipality accounts for these duties to the Ministry (Inspectorate of Education). The GGD performs the supervision on behalf of the municipality. In 2020, not all childcare locations were inspected, due to the (temporary) closure of childcare due to the corona virus. The Inspectorate has indicated it understands this when assessing the annual accounts.

The College:

  1. Notes the Child Care 2020 Annual Report and authorizes its submission to the Inspectorate;
  2. Approves the text for the next Council Information Letter.
