2. Ground rental De Rooy 2024 - Ekkersrijt - Jan Boersma
In 1988, the Agglomeration Industriepark Ekkersrijt leased plot B2471, located on the east side of the A50 motorway, to G.M. de Rooy & Zn. The lease ended in 1993. After lengthy legal proceedings, it was agreed that G.M. de Rooy & Zn could use the plot for no consideration until no later than August 1, 2011. This was extended once until August 1, 2012 In connection with the temporary facilitation of Ikea during the remodeling of the store and construction of the parking garage. Subsequently, the municipality made new arrangements for the period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 and then 2023 and recorded them in a lease agreement. For the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, we wish to enter into another lease agreement with G.M. de Rooy & Zn.
The college decides:
- cadastral parcel Son en Breugel, Sectie B, number 2471, in the size of 25,440 m2, to be leased for a period of 1 year to G.M. de Rooy & Zn with the effective date of January 1, 2024.
- To adopt the lease agreement ''Parcel B 2471 - De Rooy'' in accordance with the draft.
3. Assignment of research pool facility Son and Breugel - Jelle de Jong
During the discussion of the Framework Memorandum 2024 on July 5 last, the city council adopted the motion Swimming Pool Facility. With this motion, the council calls on the college to draw up (in summary) a vision for a swimming pool facility in Son en Breugel.
The elaboration of this assignment, which will also require further analysis and research, will be outsourced to consulting firm Synarchis, which also prepared such an analysis in 2017. The vision, as well as an analysis of available facilities in our municipality and in the region, will be developed into scenarios based on a mission statement. It is proposed that you agree to the terms of reference and the assignment based on the tender.
The College decides:
- To agree to the commissioning of the study "Swimming Pool Facility Son and Breugel" and the terms of reference prepared for this purpose.
- Book the cost of €25,500 (including VAT) for the study to be charged to the "other sports facilities" budget and cover these costs from the "unforeseen" item.
4. Rib motion Reuse Greenery - Jelle de Jong
Rib on Motion Reuse Green.
The college decides to adopt the text on "Rib Motion Reuse Green" and include it in the next council information letter.
5. Memo accompanying advisory session location choice pumptrack - Jan Boersma
On March 24, 2023, the council was informed about the selection of three potentially suitable locations for the construction of a pumptrack via council information letter 120 dated March 24, 2023. A participation process was then initiated at these locations to gauge support.
Based on this, the Newae agency prepared a report. The conclusion is that there is insufficient support at all three locations. This is an important aspect in the proposal to the council to make a well-considered choice about the construction of a pumptrack in Son en Breugel.
The college decides to submit the memo to the council for an advisory session on a pumptrack in Son en Breugel.
