3. Annotation AB MRE 20251022

On October 22, 2025, the next meeting of the General Board of Metropolitan Region Eindhoven will take place. Through this advisory note the agenda with accompanying documents is submitted to the college for notification.

The college decides to accept the agenda, the accompanying documents and the official annotations made for the meeting of the General Board of the Metropoolregio Eindhoven on October 22, 2025 for notification.

4. Appointment of Municipal Voting Board (GSB).

Pursuant to the Elections Act, the College of Mayor and Aldermen establishes a Municipal Voting Board (GSB) for each election and appoints the members of the GSB. The GSB will hold a public session on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

The college decides to appoint the members of the GSB for the 2025 House of Representatives election.

5. Preferential right municipality Breeakker -northern part-; request to court judgment price

Pursuant to the right of first refusal established by the municipal council, Woonbedrijf formally offered the property for sale to the municipality on November 1, 2024. Your college formally notified Woonbedrijf on December 09, 2024 Woonbedrijf to enter into discussions regarding the possible purchase of the registry property (and related Requirements) from Woonbedrijf in Son en Breugel.
Woonbedrijf requests the municipality to request the court to give an opinion on the price of the real estate it (Woonbedrijf) wishes to sell. The municipality must make a decision within 4 weeks after receipt of Woonbedrijf's request and have submitted the request to the court.
The college decides to grant Woonbedrijf's request and have submitted the request to the court in time.

The college decides:

1. Grant Woonbedrijf's request of September 24, 2025 to ask the court to render a final judgment on the price owed by the municipality for the purchase of Woonbedrijf's real estate in the preferential right area "Breeakker -north part" and to ensure Health that this request is present at the court no later than October 21, 2025;
2. Instruct NGNB Lawyers to act on behalf of the municipality in these proceedings;
3. adopt the process decision;
4. Notify Woonbedrijf of this decision by letter.

6. CAP Forest Revitalization.

As part of the elaboration of the Nieuwe Heide and Oud Meer development vision, the municipality is working to improve forest quality and biodiversity. An important part of this vision is the development of a natural forest in forest area-west, the part of the forest located south of the N620 and east of the Hoberglaan. For the realization of this natural forest, the municipality has received an EU subsidy from the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

The college decides to endorse the decision previously taken, by email, to text 'RIB - CAP Forest Revitalization', and forward it to the council. 

7. Advice ASD grip on youth aid and Wmo

To bring about change in the access to help in the municipality of Son en Breugel, the college has adopted the plan 'Grip op Jeugdhulp en Wmo'. After adoption by the college, the plan was shared for information with the Advisory Council Social Domain (ASD). The Advisory Council issued an unsolicited opinion on this plan to the college. The Advisory Council's advice is attached to this proposal. This advice note proposes that you adopt the letter with your response to this advice.

The college decides to adopt the letter with a response to the unsolicited advice of the Advisory Council Social Domain on the plan Grip op Jeugdhulp en Wmo.

8. Joining the Bizob Foundation.

The public body Jeugdregio Een 10 voor de Jeugd is expected to be operational by January 1, 2026, from which time it can participate independently in Bizob. Stichting Bizob provides support in procurement, contract management and contract management. Currently, the municipalities still participate independently in Bizob. The General Board of the GR is authorized to decide to participate in a foundation, provided that the councils of the participating municipalities have been given the opportunity to express their wishes and objections beforehand.

The Municipal Executive decides to request the municipal council, by means of a council proposal and council decision, not to express any wishes and objections regarding the affiliation of Youth Region A 10 for Youth with Stichting Bizob.
