3. Annotation AB MRE 20251022
The next meeting of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region will take place on October 22, 2025. This advisory memorandum presents the agenda and accompanying documents to the Executive Board for information.
The Executive Board decides to take note of the agenda, the accompanying documents, and the official annotations prepared for the meeting of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region on October 22, 2025.
4. Appointment of Municipal Voting Board (GSB).
Pursuant to the Elections Act, the Municipal Executive establishes a municipal polling station (GSB) for each election and appoints its members. The GSB will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 30, 2025.
The Municipal Executive has decided to appoint the members of the GSB for the 2025 House of Representatives election.
5. Preferential right municipality Breeakker -northern part-; request to court judgment price
Pursuant to the right of first refusal established by the municipal council, Woonbedrijf formally offered the property for sale to the municipality on November 1, 2024. On December 9, 2024, your municipal executive formally notified Woonbedrijf that it would enter into discussions regarding the potential purchase of the registered property (and the associated Requirements) owned by Woonbedrijf in Son en Breugel.
Woonbedrijf requests that the municipality ask the court to rule on the price of the real estate that it (Woonbedrijf) wishes to sell. The municipality must make a decision within 4 weeks of receiving Woonbedrijf’s request and have submitted the request to the court.
The municipal executive decides to grant Woonbedrijf’s request and to submit the request to the court in a timely manner.
The municipal executive decides:
- Grant Woonbedrijf's request of September 24, 2025 to ask the court to render a final judgment on the price owed by the municipality for the purchase of Woonbedrijf's real estate in the preferential right area "Breeakker -north part" and to ensure Health that this request is present at the court no later than October 21, 2025;
- Instruct NGNB Lawyers to act on behalf of the municipality in these proceedings;
- adopt the process decision;
- Notify Woonbedrijf of this decision by letter.
6. CAP Forest Revitalization.
As part of the implementation of the Nieuwe Heide and Oud Meer development vision, the municipality is working to improve forest quality and biodiversity. An important part of this vision is the development of a natural forest in the western forest area, the part of the forest located south of the N620 and east of Hoberglaan. To realize this natural forest, the municipality has received an EU grant under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
The Executive Board decides to ratify the decision previously made via email to approve the text “RIB - CAP Forest Revitalization” and forward it to the council.
7. Advice ASD grip on youth aid and Wmo
To bring about changes in access to assistance in the municipality of Son en Breugel, the municipal executive has adopted the plan titled “Grip on Youth Assistance and the Wmo.” Following its adoption by the municipal executive, the plan was shared with the Social Domain Advisory Council (ASD) for its information. The Advisory Council issued an unsolicited opinion on this plan to the municipal executive. The Advisory Council’s opinion is attached to this proposal. This advisory memorandum proposes that you adopt the letter containing your response to this opinion.
The municipal executive decides to adopt the letter containing a response to the unsolicited opinion of the Social Domain Advisory Council on the “Grip on Youth Assistance and Wmo” plan.
8. Joining the Bizob Foundation.
The public body "Jeugdregio Een 10 voor de Jeugd" is expected to become operational on January 1, 2026, and from that point on, it will be able to participate independently in Bizob. The Bizob Foundation provides support for procurement, contract administration, and contract management. Currently, the municipalities still participate in Bizob independently. The General Board of the Regional Council is authorized to decide to participate in a foundation, provided that the councils of the participating municipalities have been given the opportunity in advance to express their wishes and concerns.
The Executive Board has decided to request the municipal council, through a council proposal and council resolution, not to express any wishes or concerns regarding the affiliation of Jeugdregio Een 10 voor de Jeugd with the Bizob Foundation.
