The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Political Evening Nov. 23
The college discussed the Program of Political Evening of November 23, 2023 and the list of commitments council of November 8, 2023.
3. Appointment of voting locations, polling place members, reserve members
On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, there will be elections to the House of Representatives. For each election, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen must appoint polling station members and reserve members and determine voting locations.
The College decides:
1. determine the polling locations;
2. to appoint the members and reserve members of the polling stations for the House of Representatives elections.
4. Son en Breugel municipal polling station layout.
Under the Elections Act, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen establishes and appoints a Municipal Voting Board (GSB) for each election. The GSB will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Nov. 23, 2023.
The College decides to determine the members of the GSB for the 2023 House of Representatives elections.
5. (Re)development site Ruysdaelstraat 2; final plan and land bid
In 2022/2023 the working team Ruysdaelstraat 2, consisting of representatives of Woonstichting 'thuis (incl. its external advisors) and the municipality including an interactive participation process worked on a final plan for the housing development at the (re)development location Ruysdaelstraat 2 and a land offer based on that plan. For the preparation of a draft housing plan, the college has given "preconditions and starting points" to Woonstichting 'thuis.
The college decides:
- To agree to the final urban development plan 'Redevelopment of Vijverberg site (Ruysdaelstraat 2)' dated 09-05-2022 elaborated by Woonstichting 'thuis;
- To thereby consent to the final sale of a portion of the municipal land, Section A, number 4789 Ruysdaelstraat 2, to Woonstichting 'thuis for the desired realization of 51 social housing units in accordance with the final plan "Redevelopment site Vijverberg (Ruysdaelstraat 2)" dated 09-05-2022;
- To lay down the final urban development plan 'Redevelopment location Vijverberg' (Ruysdaelstraat 2)' dated 09-05-2022, the land offer dated 11-10-2023 and further agreements for the (re)development of the Ruysdaelstraat 2 location by Woonstichting 'thuis in an anterior exploitation agreement and to proceed to signature after adoption;
- Agree to the financial implications of this proposal and incorporate them into the budget.
6. Son center vision
During the council meeting of October 26, 2023, the city council expressed its desire to convene a session on the input provided by all council groups regarding the Son center vision in the short term, but before the end of the calendar year. Based on this input, an analysis was made to understand the different viewpoints of the council groups.
The college decides to take note of the input and analysis collected from the council group by urban planning firm SVP for the Son center vision and present it to the city council on Dec. 7, 14 or 21.
7. National Education Program (NPO).
The National Education Program (NPO) is a national financial stimulus. The program is designed to reduce educational delays and should provide support to students who are struggling due to school closures and corona. It consists of an education part and a municipal part. Our municipality receives €202,792.00. Part of these funds have already been spent. In proper consultation with the schools and pre-school, a proposal for spending the remaining municipal funds has been prepared.
The college decides to approve the proposed use of National Education Program funds.
