The college adopts the decision lists.

2. May circular letter 2022 / Jan Boersma

The May Circular was published on June 1, 2022, and the financial consequences were detailed in a memo. With this memo we inform the council about the financial consequences and how they will be incorporated into the multi-year budget 2023-2026. The consequences for 2022 will be included in the second administrative report 2022.

The college takes note of the memo May Circular 2022 and agrees to offer this memo to the council as an appendix to the 2022 framework memo.

3. Verordening bekostiging leerlingenvervoer Son en Breugel 2022 / Paul van Liempd

The municipal council has the legal obligation to adopt regulations for the funding of pupil transport. The present draft ordinance is based on the current model ordinance of the VNG of December 2020. At the request of the college, the Social Domain Advisory Council has issued an opinion on the draft ordinance. The college sends a response to the advice to the Advisory Council Social Domain and has adjusted the regulation
adjusted on a number of points. The college decides to send the response to the ASD's advice and to submit the regulation to the council for imaging.

College Decision:

  • To send the response to the opinion on the Regulation on Funding Pupil Transport Son en Breugel 2022;
  • To submit the Son en Breugel 2022 Pupil Transport Funding Ordinance to the council for imaging.

4. Purchasing youth aid / Paul van Liempd

The college agrees to:

  • Adjusting Youth Aid products 50A85 and 50A86, guidance group 1 and 2, to 3 hours each, maximum 1 unit per day, maximum use 4 units per week;
  • adjusting the rate for 50A85 accompaniment group 1 from €28.70 to €43.05 and the rate for 50A86 accompaniment group 2 from €37.08 to €55.6

5. Sanctions policy / Paul van Liempd

With the coming into force of the Standardization of Legal Status of Civil Servants Act (Wnra), the framework of possible disciplinary measures in the current collective bargaining agreement for municipalities has lapsed. However, there is a need for a framework to be able to impose sanctions for culpable acts or omissions
by an official. The college takes note of the reaction of the works council and adopts the sanctions policy.

College Decision:

  • Take note of the Works Council's response to the request to agree to the sanctions policy;
  • finalize the sanctions policy.

6. Answering written questions VVD group / Hans Gaillard

The VVD group asked questions about the demolition of property End 4, to which answers were provided.

The college decides to agree with the answers to the questions about the demolition of End 4.

7. Gladness control 2022-2026 / Jan Boersma

The contractor with whom the municipality of Son en Breugel has an agreement for ice control is ceasing to exist. The municipality has the responsibility to keep the important roads and bicycle paths, snow and ice free. As of the new gritting season, starting in October 2022, the municipality of Son and Breugel wants to have contracted a new contractor for the purpose of gritting within its municipal boundaries.

The College decides to adopt the procurement strategy for the implementation of the "Gladness Control 2022 ev".
