4. Decision on objection granted environmental permit extension with basement at the address Vinklaan 3

On September 24, 2024, the college decides to grant a permit for the construction of an extension with basement at the address Vinklaan 3 in Son en Breugel. On October 8, 2024, the college received a notice of objection from the objector against the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

The college decides:

1. Declare the objection unfounded;
2. uphold the contested decision;
3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

5. Decision on objection rejecting notification of exit Doormanlaan 54

On September 20, 2024, the college received a notice of objection from the objector against the college's decision dated September 2, 2024, not to grant permission for the construction of a driveway on the parcel Doormanlaan 54 in Son en Breugel. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared inadmissible.

The College decides:

1. Declare the objection inadmissible;
2. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

6. Decision on objection rejection of disabled parking permit application.

On September 4, 2024, the college decides to reject the application for a disabled passenger parking permit. On September 20, 2024, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

7. December Circular 2024

Every year the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations usually publishes 3 circulars about the municipal fund. In a memo we inform you about the results of the December Circular 2024.

The college decides to take note of the memo December Circular 2024.

8. Change multi-year estimate Blink as part of new construction and relocation. 

The municipality of Son and Breugel wants Blink to have other housing as of January 1, 2026. The investment will have no effect on the 2025 financial year since the activation will take place after the new building is put into use, in accordance with the current financial regulation of Blink. The multi-year budget presented earlier this year does need to be amended.

The College decides to propose to the City Council: 

1. To submit a view on 'Amendment to multi-year estimate Blink in the context of new construction and relocation';
2. To notify the Executive Board of GR Blink of the view.

9. Budget 2025 Platoo

School Board Platoo, in accordance with its bylaws, has submitted the 2025 budget to the municipality for consultation. It is proposed that the college take note of this.
