The council discusses the agenda for the joint committee meeting on Civil Affairs and Land Affairs on October 27, 2020.
3. Recommendations of the Civil Affairs Committee October 13, 2020 / Hans Gaillard
The council takes note of the recommendations and commitments made by the Civil Affairs Committee on October 13, 2020.

The council takes note of the recommendations and commitments made by the Land Affairs Committee on October 12, 2020.
5. Assignment to investigate waste collection options / Paul van Liempd
On October 6, 2020, the council decided to make a policy assessment regarding waste collection in the first quarter of 2021, together with the council.
In the Land Affairs Committee meeting of October 12, 2020, the council confirmed the importance of this assessment. As input for the assessment, a study is needed to identify the impact on finances, waste streams, and capacity. Facet Advies can deliver this study in mid-December 2020.
The council decides to commission Facet Advies to conduct a study into the impact of different waste collection options and to make €7,000 available for this purpose from the contingency fund.
6. Recommendations from the General Affairs Committee October 14, 2020 / Hans Gaillard
College Decision:
- take note of the recommendations and commitments of the General Affairs Committee of October 14, 2020;
- to agree with the amended opinion regarding the Regional Historical Center.
