The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Opinions combined Land Affairs and Civil Affairs Committee April 8, 2021 / Hans Gaillard

On April 8, 2021, the Joint Committee on Territory Affairs and Civil Affairs met. The college is informed of the opinions given by this committee.

The College takes note of the opinions and commitments of the April 8, 2021 Combined Committee on Territory Affairs and Civil Affairs.

3. Request to strike out public law restrictions / Hans Gaillard

We have again been requested to withdraw two public law restrictions relating to the use of a plot of land as a parking site and to have the restrictions removed from the Basic Land Registry (BRK). No new circumstances have been presented. The restrictions remain in place.

After reconsideration, the college decides to uphold the decision of Nov. 3, 2020, with respect to the charges under penalty imposed on Eazzy Park B.V. and Ovi Service B.V.

4. Adjust subsidy scheme for music education 2021 / Jos de Bruin

On February 9, 2021, the College, under Requirements of repeal of the Subsidy Ordinance by the Council, adopted the 2021 Music Education Subsidy Ordinance. During Council consideration, an Amendment was adopted to remove Article 2.4, paragraphs 1 and 2, so that there is no 6-year maximum subsidy.

The college decides to adopt the revised music education grant program 2021.

5. Advance grant GROZzerdam / Jos de Bruin

Earlier, the college decided to join GROZzerdam Vitaal in Brainport. A condition attached to this is that the other parties actually make available the contributions included in the budget. Since the national subsidy process has not yet been completed, putting pressure on the funding of Grozzerdam, a contribution of €15,000 will be made available as prefinancing.

The college decides to make available a grant of €15,000 to pre-finance GROZzerdam Vital in Brainport.

6. Feedback Political Evening April 14, 2021 / Hans Gaillard

The PDO model was piloted at a Political Evening on April 14, 2021. The college is informed of the opinions given during this Political Evening.
