1. List of non-public and public decisions dated April 13, 2021 / Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Recommendations of the Joint Committee on Land Affairs and Civil Affairs, April 8, 2021 / Hans Gaillard

On April 8, 2021, the joint committee on Land Affairs and Civil Affairs met. The council is informed about the recommendations made by this committee.

The council takes note of the recommendations and commitments made by the joint committee on Land Affairs and Civil Affairs on April 8, 2021.

3. Request to remove public law restrictions / Hans Gaillard

We have once again been requested to withdraw two public law restrictions relating to the use of a plot of land as a parking location and to have the restrictions removed from the Basic Registration Cadastre (BRK). No new circumstances have been presented. The restrictions remain in place.

After reconsideration, the board decides to uphold the decision of November 3, 2020, with regard to the penalties imposed on Eazzy Park B.V. and Ovi Service B.V.

4. Adjustment of subsidy scheme for music education 2021 / Jos de Bruin

On February 9, 2021, the council adopted the 2021 music education subsidy scheme under Requirements the withdrawal of the subsidy regulation by the council. During the council's deliberations, an amendment was adopted to remove Article 2.4, paragraphs 1 and 2, so that there is no maximum subsidy period of six years.

The council decides to adopt the amended subsidy scheme for music education for 2021.

5. Advance subsidy GROZzerdam / Jos de Bruin

The council previously decided to join GROZzerdam Vitaal in Brainport. This is conditional on the other parties actually making the contributions included in the budget available. As the national subsidy process has not yet been completed, putting pressure on the funding of Grozzerdam, a contribution of €15,000 will be made available as pre-financing.

The council decides to make a subsidy of €15,000 available for the pre-financing of GROZzerdam Vitaal in Brainport.

6. Feedback Political Evening April 14, 2021 / Hans Gaillard

On April 14, 2021, a trial run of the BOB model was conducted during a Political Evening. The council will be informed about the recommendations made during this Political Evening.

The council takes note of the advice given during the Political Evening of April 14, 2021, as well as the commitment made.
