The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Enforcement request Taylor Street 11a / Hans Gaillard
The college received an enforcement request on December 1, 2020 regarding an unlicensed dormer. In addition, there would be a deviation from the granted permit for the outbuilding. Enforcement and a construction stop are requested. The permit for the dormer was granted on December 23, 2020. There is no longer an illegal situation. The deviation from the permit for the outbuilding is within permit-free regulations.
The college decides:

The submitted request in principle for a zoning plan review for the conversion of an agricultural function to a business use (toilet van construction and storage of toilet vans, urinals, toilet van construction equipment and trailers and undercarriages) at Ockhuizenweg 10 has been reviewed. The requested opinions are all negative. It is proposed not to grant the request in principle and to inform the applicant accordingly.
