The council agrees with the council proposal for an opinion on the 2023 draft budget of the Brabant-Zuidoost Safety Region, in which the following decision points are submitted to the council:

Council information local food bank distribution pointOn January 21, 2022, the food bank launched a local distribution point for the Best and surrounding areas Food Bank. This was a two-month trial during which residents could register for a food package. The trial has been evaluated. We would like to inform the city council about the trial and its follow-up. Draft program budget for the Municipal Health Service (GGD) for 2023On March 22, 2022, the GGD Brabant-Zuidoost sent the municipal council the draft program budget for 2023 with a request for its opinion. The budget led to the submission of a positive opinion. The municipal executive has decided to submit the council proposal to the council. College Decision:

Signature sheet Covenant on green enforcement in North Brabant 2021 other partners (municipalities)The first covenant was concluded in 2017 and temporarily extended in 2019. This covenant is for an indefinite period. This covenant enables all parties in North Brabant to take joint action as effectively and efficiently as possible against abuses in rural areas and nature reserves in particular. This makes it possible for Boa's domain 2 (green Boa's) The council decides to approve the North Brabant Green Enforcement Covenant 2021. |

Open Government ActOn May 1, 2022, the Open Government Act (Woo) will come into force. The Woo replaces the Government Information (Public Access) Act (Wob). This is a national development. All government bodies in the Netherlands will be affected by the Woo. The Woo aims to create a transparent and actively open government. This goal will better serve the importance of public information for the democratic constitutional state, residents, the administration, and economic development. The municipal executive and council will be informed about the entry into force and implementation of this act in the municipality of Son en Breugel. College Decision:

Funfair 2022Bureau De Kermisgids will shortly submit an application on behalf of the municipality of Son en Breugel for the organization of the fair in the center of Son. The permit has yet to be granted. The fair will be held from Friday, June 17, through Tuesday, June 21, 2022. During the Portfolio Holders' Meeting on March 28, 2022, it was discussed to award the stands for the fair in accordance with the lease proposal. The layout of the attractions is awaiting approval.
