6. Renewal Energy Coach / Steven Grevink
On July 27, 2021, the college commissioned Trias Innervation Foundation (Energy Box) and Howtobee-Ecofriendly to conduct 100 energy coach interviews with tenants. By October 1, 2022, 99 conversations have been conducted, which is more than 5% of all tenants in our municipality. The municipality is very satisfied with the quality of implementation and service to our residents. The energy coach is an important tool to help residents with a small budget save energy. We therefore extend the assignment with another 100 calls and also give resident-owners the opportunity to use the scheme.
The college decides to agree to extend the contract towards the Trias Innervation Foundation (Energy Box) and Howtobee-Ecofriendly for a second tranche of 100 coach interviews and admit resident-owners to the scheme.
7. Expansion Plus supermarket / Jelle de Jong
A request in principle has been submitted for the expansion of the Plus supermarket at Amerikalaan 4. In order to continue to operate the supermarket in a future-proof manner at this location, it is necessary to enlarge the store. In this way this important facility can be retained for the Gentiaan and Sonniuspark in particular. It is advised to cooperate in principle with an expansion. However, the initiator must first further elaborate his plan spatially and examine a number of scenarios, one of which may also include the playing field at the back. The preconditions and starting points will be provided. Then the plan will be submitted to the college again.
College Decision:
- Support the initiative proposal for an expansion of the Plus supermarket at Amerikalaan 4;
- Agree to the formulated preconditions and principles;
- request the initiator to further elaborate and investigate the plan, taking into account the preconditions and starting points, so that the expansion is spatially acceptable. To this end, the initiator must work out several expansion scenarios, in which the playground at the back may also be included;
- assess any sale of land only after an acceptable expansion plan has been created and developed.
8. Adoption of zoning plan "Buitengebied; Wolfswinkel t.o. 2" / Jelle de Jong
The college agreed in 2021 to the request in principle for the realization of a detached space for space dwelling in Wolfswinkel. For the realization of the dwelling, the required draft zoning plan was prepared and placed on view for the period of views
(June 2, 2022 through July 13, 2022). The draft zoning plan was also submitted to the province of North Brabant and Waterschap de Dommel (agreed), among others, to give them the opportunity to respond to this draft zoning plan by means of an opinion. The period of views produced one response. Namely from the province. At the conclusion of this process, the zoning plan "Buitengebied; Wolfswinkel t.o. 2" can be presented to the municipal council for adoption.
College Decision:
- To enter into the addendum to the Anterior Agreement 273000;
- To propose to the council to adopt "Zienswijzenotitie Buitengebied; Wolfswinkel t.o. 2" and the zoning plan "Buitengebied; Wolfswinkel t.o. 2" with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP828BUITENGEBIED-VA01" as amended and to make it available digitally;
- To propose to the council to decide, pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act, not to adopt an exploitation plan for the zoning plan "Buitengebied; Wolfswinkel
t.o. 2".
