4 Questionnaire annual report 2024 LEA VVE
Every year, the Inspectorate of Education asks municipalities to fill out a questionnaire about the annual consultation on the Local Educational Agenda (LEA) and accountability for the Educational Disadvantage Policy. The Municipal Executive adopts the list before the municipality sends the accountability to the Inspectorate. This method is similar to the Accountability for Child Care Act.
The college decides to adopt the questionnaire annual accountability for educational disadvantages policy (LEA/vve) 2024.
5 Decision on objection granted omgevingsvergunning kap met herplantplicht Perkstraat
On Oct. 7, 2024, the college decides to grant an environmental permit for felling a tree on the objector's plot. On October 7, 2024, the college receives an objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.
College Decision:
- Declare the objection unfounded;
- uphold the contested decision and inform the objectors by letter;
- Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.
