1. Non-public decision list and public decision list dated January 11, 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Updating general local ordinance / Hans Gaillard
The proposal to update the General Local Bye-Law (APV) must be amended in connection with a Supreme Court ruling. In this ruling, the Supreme Court declared the color ban, which a number of municipalities have included in the APV, to be non-binding. Its provisions must be removed from the proposal.
College Decision:
- To agree to the amended council proposal 'Update General Local Ordinance;
- To submit the council proposal "Update of General Local Ordinance" to the City Council.
3. Agenda Dagelijks Bestuur van Dienst Dommelvallei Jan. 25, 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The daily board of Dienst Dommelvallei includes the mayor and municipal secretary of the participating municipalities.
It has been agreed between the municipalities and Dienst Dommelvallei that the agenda and related documents are discussed in advance in the collegiate meetings for information.
The college takes note of the agenda of the Daily Board of Service Dommelvallei of January 25, 2022.
4. Overview of decisions taken in mandate - week 3 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The college is periodically informed of decisions made in mandate. The summary includes decisions made on behalf of the College or the Mayor in the past period.

5. Court of Auditors report MRE & SGE Regional tasks / Hans Gaillard
At the end of November 2021, the Court of Auditors report MRE & SGE - Regional Tasks was presented to the council. The college sends its response to this report to the council.
College Decision:
- To take note of the Court of Auditors report "MRE & SGE Regional Challenges";
- To agree to the written response to this Court study and forward it to the City Council.
6. Draft decision VRBZO participation foundation risk management safety regions / Hans Gaillard
For all 25 security regions, a national risk management foundation for security regions will be established from the national project risk management and insurance. In the meeting of the General Board Safety Region Brabant-Zuidoost on December 16, 2021, it was decided to put the proposed accession to this foundation to the participating municipalities in procedure (article 31a Act on common regulations).
College Decision:
- Present the council proposal Draft decision VRBZO participation in risk management foundation safety regions, containing the following decision points, to the council;
- To take note of the draft decision Security Region Brabant-Zuidoost to participate in the Risk Management Safety Regions Foundation;
- not to express wishes and objections.
7. Request for enforcement / Hans Gaillard
A request for enforcement has been received from the residents of Taylorstraat 11 in Son en Breugel. It concerns the construction of their neighbors. The college decides to reject the request for enforcement regarding construction on Taylorstraat 11a in Son en Breugel.
College Decision:
- Reject the request for enforcement regarding construction at Taylorstraat 11a in Son en Breugel;
- Notify the applicants in accordance with the submitted draft letter.
8. Program Political Evening and list of commitments January 20, 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The college will discuss the documents scheduled for the Jan. 20 political evening.
9. Rental agreement Hengelsportvereniging Son en Breugel / Jan Boersma
The Hengelsportvereniging Son en Breugel has submitted a request to extend their current lease agreement with the municipality by 6 years. The Hengelsportvereniging now rents the Koppenberg (the storage pond near the Ikea warehouse) and the Reebommel (the watercourse on the south side of Ekkersrijt-Oost). In connection with the development of the ecological connection zone, the agreement for the location of the Koppenberg will be extended by only 1 year. The Reebommel can again be leased for 6 years.
The college decides to approve the submitted draft lease agreement.
