1. List of non-public decisions and list of public decisions dated January 11, 2022 / Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Updating general local ordinance / Hans Gaillard

The proposal to update the General Local Regulation (APV) must be amended in connection with a ruling by the Supreme Court. In this ruling, the Supreme Court declared the ban on color, which a number of municipalities had included in the APV, to be non-binding. The provisions on this subject must be removed from the proposal.

College Decision:

  1. to approve the amended council proposal 'Update to the General Local Regulation';
  2. to submit the council proposal "Update of the General Local Regulation" to the municipal council.

3. Agenda of the Executive Committee of Dienst Dommelvallei January 25, 2022 / Hans Gaillard

The mayor and municipal secretary of the participating municipalities sit on the executive committee of Dienst Dommelvallei.
The municipalities and Dienst Dommelvallei have agreed that the agenda and accompanying documents will be discussed in advance at the council meetings for information purposes.

The council takes note of the agenda of the Executive Committee of Dienst Dommelvallei dated January 25, 2022.

4. Overview of decisions taken under mandate - week 3 2022 / Hans Gaillard

The college is periodically informed of decisions made in mandate. The summary includes decisions made on behalf of the College or the Mayor in the past period.

The board takes note of the overview of decisions taken in mandate week 3 2022.

5. Court of Audit report MRE & SGE Regional tasks / Hans Gaillard

At the end of November 2021, the Court of Audit report MRE & SGE - Regional Tasks was presented to the council. The municipal executive will send its response to this report to the council.

College Decision:

  1. to take note of the Court of Audit report "MRE & SGE Regional Tasks";
  2. to approve the written response to this Court of Audit investigation and forward it to the municipal council.

6. Draft decision VRBZO participation in the foundation for risk management in safety regions / Hans Gaillard

A national foundation for risk management in safety regions is being established for all 25 safety regions as part of the national risk management and insurance project. At the meeting of the General Board of the Brabant-Zuidoost Safety Region on December 16, 2021, it was decided to initiate the procedure for the participating municipalities to join this foundation (Article 31a of the Joint Arrangements Act).

College Decision:

  1. the council proposal Draft decision VRBZO participation in the foundation for risk management of safety regions, containing the following decision points, to be submitted to the council;
  2. take note of the draft decision by the Brabant-Zuidoost Safety Region to participate in the Safety Regions Risk Management Foundation;
  3. not to express any wishes or reservations.

7. Request for enforcement / Hans Gaillard

A request for enforcement has been received from the residents of Taylorstraat 11 in Son en Breugel. It concerns the construction work being carried out by their neighbors. The municipal executive has decided to reject the request for enforcement concerning the construction work at Taylorstraat 11a in Son en Breugel.

College Decision:

  1. to reject the request for enforcement concerning the construction at Taylorstraat 11a in Son en Breugel;
  2. to notify the applicants in accordance with the draft letter submitted.

8. Political Evening Program and list of commitments January 20, 2022 / Hans Gaillard

The council discusses the items on the agenda for the political evening of January 20.

9. Lease agreement between Hengelsportvereniging Son en Breugel (Son en Breugel Angling Association) and Jan Boersma

The Son en Breugel Angling Association has submitted a request to extend its current lease agreement with the municipality by six years. The Angling Association currently leases the Koppenberg (the storage pond near the Ikea warehouse) and the Reebommel (the waterway on the south side of Ekkersrijt-Oost). Due to the development of the ecological corridor, the agreement for the Koppenberg location will only be extended by one year. The Reebommel can be leased again for six years.

The council decides to approve the draft lease agreement that has been submitted.
