4. Overview of decisions taken in mandate week 8 2025

The college is periodically informed about decisions taken in mandate. The overview includes decisions taken on behalf of the college or the mayor in the past period.

The college accepts the "Overview of decisions taken in mandate week 8 2025" for notification.

5. General Board MRE dated February 19, 2025.

The next meeting of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Area will take place on February 19, 2025. Through this advisory note, the agenda with accompanying documents is submitted to the college for notification.

6. Mandate decision on implementation of the Supplement Recovery Act.

The Child Care Allowance Affair, in which parents were wrongfully identified as fraudsters by the Internal Revenue Service, lasted from 2005 to 2020. To support those affected, they may be eligible for one or more schemes. These are included in the Benefits Recovery Act. This includes the broad support for which the municipality is responsible. For the purpose of implementing this, a mandate can be granted.

The college decides to grant a mandate for the implementation of the Recovery Supplements Act to the municipal secretary with a submandate to the strategist group tasks CMD.

7. GR A 10 for Youth

Since 2018, the municipality of Son and Breugel has worked together with 10 other municipalities on the basis of the cooperation agreement A 10 for Youth, organizing the procurement of youth aid. As a result of the national Youth Reform Agenda and the upcoming legislative amendment to the Improved Availability of Youth Care Act, it is an obligation to convert the existing cooperation agreement into a Joint Arrangement (GR). In order to comply with this legal requirement in a legally correct and streamlined manner, the College is asked to submit the draft GR to the City Council for views.

The College decides:

  1. To submit the draft Joint Arrangement Youth Region A 10 for Youth to the City Council for views;
  2. requesting the City Council to express any views within eight weeks of receiving the draft;
  3. To propose to the City Council to express a view.
