1. Internal (not public) decision list and public decision list dated April 11, 2023 - Suzanne Otters

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Request in principle for development of 2 dwellings on Vijverlaan unnumbered - Jelle de Jong

A request in principle has been submitted for the development of two lifelong housing units (semi-detached) on Vijverlaan unnumbered. The initiator has purchased the house H. Veenemanstraat and has split off the rear part of the rear garden (adjacent to Vijverlaan). The present plan initiative is projected on this location. The H. Veenman Street property has been resold. It is recommended to grant cooperation in principle to this development under the set preconditions and starting points.

College Decision:

  1. Support the proposal for the development of 2 dwellings on the Vijverlaan ong. site;
  2. Agree to the preconditions and principles;
  3. To request the promoter, taking into account the preconditions and principles, to elaborate the plan;
  4. Review final land transactions/land ownership corrections after an acceptable plan has been established.

3. Draft resolution VRBZO participation in Safety Regions Guarantee Fund Foundation - Suzanne Otters

For all 25 security regions, a national Safety Regions Risk Management and Insurance Foundation will be established from the national project. As was the case for participation in the Risk Management Foundation for Safety Regions in 2022, the municipal councils will be given the opportunity to make known any wishes and objections regarding the representation of the public interest to be served thereby of participation in this foundation (Section 31a of the Act on Joint Arrangements). By means of a council proposal, the draft decision is submitted to the municipal council.

The college decides

  • To submit the council proposal ''Draft Resolution VRBZO Participation in Safety Regions Guarantee Fund Foundation'', containing the following decision points, to the council for decision:
  • Not to express wishes and objections to the General Board of Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost on the draft decision to participate in the Security Regions Guarantee Fund Foundation.

4. Draft 2024 budget and 1st budget amendment 2023 VRBZO - Suzanne Otters

Pursuant to the Joint Regulation Security Region Brabant-Zuidoost, the councils of the participating municipalities are given the opportunity to express their views on the draft budget and/or a budget amendment with implications for the financial contribution of municipalities, before the General Board adopts the budget or amendment thereof. The draft budget 2024 VRBZO and the 1st budget amendment 2023 were sent to the councils on March 20 for these views. Through a council proposal, the draft budget will be presented to the municipal council.

The college decides to approve the council proposal Draft 2024 budget and 1st budget amendment 2023 Safety Region Brabant-Zuidoost, in which the following decision points are submitted to the council:

  • Not to submit a view on the draft budget 2024 and the 1st budget amendment 2023 Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost (VRBZO) and inform VRBZO accordingly;
  • To incorporate the financial consequences in the Framework Memorandum 2024-2027 and the 1st Berap 2023 of the Municipality of Son and Breugel.

5. Political Evening April 20, 2023 - Suzanne Otters

The college discussed the program format for the April 20, 2023 Political Evening and the March 23, 2023 list of council commitments.

6. Appointments to various partnerships - Suzanne Otters

On April 11, 2023, the new mayor of our municipality will be installed. This requires changes to the various appointments to joint arrangements and other partnerships in which we participate.

The college appoints the mayor as a member of various partnerships.

7. ODZOB revised budget 2023, draft budget 2024 and multi-year estimate 2025 - 2027 - Jelle de Jong

The Omgevingsdienst Zuidoost-Brabant (ODZOB) has sent the draft revised budget 2023, draft budget 2024 and multi-year estimate 2025 - 2027 to the participating municipalities. The municipal council is given the opportunity to submit any views by June 15, 2023. It is proposed that the council take note of the financial documents and not submit any views. The draft budgets and multi-year estimates have already been sent to the council for information on March 15.

The college decides to propose to the council:

  1. To take note of the draft revised budget ODZOB 2023;
  2. To take note of the draft budget 2024 and multi-year estimate 2025 - 2027;
  3. incorporate the cost to the municipality in the 2024 - 2027 budget;
  4. not to submit a view.

The Joint Arrangements Act provides that before the Draft Budget is presented to the General Board, it is sent to the councils of the participating municipalities. The council can then give its views on the Draft 2024 Budget. The draft budget of Blink was released on April 5, 2022 by the Blink Executive Board

The college decides to present the draft 2024 budget of the GR Blink to the City Council, with the proposal not to submit a view.

9. Letter of intent The Right Home - Steven Grevink

Many are already dealing with it: congestion in (emergencyHealth for seniors living at home, and the extra work and distressing situations this creates. There is a great sense of urgency to change this and prevent worse. We want the elderly to live happily and safely independently in our Southeast Brabant region and in particular in Son and Breugel. That is why Het Juiste Thuis was created, a partnership of many municipalities, Health and welfare organizations, housing corporations and representatives of the elderly.

College Decision:

  • Further shape the regional cooperation "The Right Home" by agreeing to the stated objectives and entering into the agreement of intent;
  • To request the Mayor to assign the signing of the letter of intent to Alderman De Jong and Alderman Grevink.

10. Viewing procedure GR WSD 2023 - Steven Grevink

Every year, the joint scheme Werkvoorzieningsschap de Dommel (GR WSD), makes its financial documents available to the participating municipalities. The municipal council is given the opportunity to express an opinion on the 2022 financial statements and the 2024 budget. It is proposed to take note of the financial documents of GR WSD and not to express an opinion.

The college decides to submit the council proposal ''Views procedure GR WSD 2023'', to the council for decision.
