1. Adoption of the list of non-public decisions and the list of public decisions dated November 10, 2020 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Bodycams Boa's Hans Gaillard
Special investigating officers (Boa's) from the municipality of Son en Breugel will be wearing body cameras from November 19, 2020 (
). The first three weeks will be a trial period, and if the results are positive, the body cameras will become permanent. The body camera is an addition to the stab-proof vests and is intended to promote safe working conditions for the Boa.

3. Participation in the BrabantZuidoost regional disputes committee / Paul van Liempd
Every municipality or joint arrangement is obliged to set up a disputes committee. In the Southeast Brabant region, this has been tackled jointly. This recommendation provides for the establishment of a regional disputes committee for 29 organizations. This is more efficient than each organization setting up its own committee.
College Decision:
- to agree to participate in the regional disputes committee for Southeast Brabant;
- to approve and adopt the regulations of the Brabant-Zuidoost Regional Disputes Committee, while simultaneously repealing the 2020 Disputes Committee Regulations of March 10, 2020;
- to agree to the cooperation agreement and the processing agreement;
- to approve the composition and profile of the members of the regional disputes committee;
- to agree to the procedure for recruiting and selecting members of the regional disputes committee;
- inform the works council and the local consultation body about this decision and provide the works council and the local consultation body with the regulations for information purposes.
4. Completion of Phase 2 town hall section; construction site / Hans Gaillard
The actual completion of phase 2 of the town hall renovation is scheduled for March 1, 2021. This will also free up the rear area, which is currently being used as a construction site.
As there are currently no concrete plans for the layout of this site, the project team proposes to clear and level the site, sow it with grass, and transfer it 'administratively' as such. The zoning of the site will be part of the center development.
The board takes note of:
- the proposal for completion of phase 2 of the town hall section; the construction site.
The college agrees to:
- the proposed approach and delivery of the construction site to be cleared;
- the "administrative" transfer to the project group center.
5. Commission agendas and lists of commitments for November / Hans Gaillard
The board discusses the agendas and lists of commitments from the November committee meetings.
6. Development location; progress on the 'St. Genovevastraat - P. Brueghelplein' location / John Frenken
With the adoption of the memorandum "Kaders als Koers" (Frameworks as a Course), in addition to the housing construction program for the development locations included therein, new procedural agreements have also been made with the Land Affairs Committee. - to submit the committee proposal for this to the Land Affairs Council Committee for the meeting on November 30, 2020.
7. Request for compensation for planning damage to plots on Brouwerskampweg / John Frenken
In view of the ruling of the District Court of East Brabant dated October 16, 2020, the council is advised to take a decision on the submitted planning damage claim relating to the plots of land at Brouwerskampweg, known in the land registry as municipality of Son en Breugel, section G, nos. 127 and 128. It is proposed that the request for compensation for planning damage be rejected.

8. Responses to questions from DB, VVD, and VoorU October 30, 2020 / Jan Boersma
The Dorpsbelang, VVD, and Voor-U political parties have submitted additional questions to the municipal executive regarding the tender for the village hall and the previously provided statement of account for the tender.

- To take note of the letter answering the questions;
- To agree to answer the questions;
- Agree to send the letter to council members.
