1. Adopt non-public decision list and public decision list dated November 10, 2020 / Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.


2. Bodycams Boa's / Hans Gaillard 

Buitengewone opsporingsambtenaren (Boa's) of the municipality of Son en Breugel wear from
November 19, 2020 a bodycam. The first three weeks as a trial and in case of positive findings permanently. The bodycam is an addition to the stab-proof vests and is intended to promote safe working by the Boa. The bodycam is a video camera that sits prominently on the Boa's clothing. The Boa turns the bodycam on when a situation threatens to get out of hand and has a de-escalating effect.

College Decision:

  1. agreeing to the wearing of bodycams by the Boas;
  2. Inform the City Council with a memo on this matter.

3. Participation in the regional dispute committee BrabantZuidoost / Paul van Liempd

Every municipality or joint arrangement is required to establish a dispute committee. In the Southeast Brabant region this has been taken up jointly. This recommendation provides for the establishment of a regional dispute committee for 29 organizations. This is more efficient than each organization establishing its own committee.

College Decision:

  1. Agree to participate in the Brabant-Southeast Regional Disputes Committee;
  2. To agree to and adopt the Brabant- Southeast Regional Disputes Committee Rules, simultaneously repealing the 2020 Disputes Committee Rules dated March 10, 2020;
  3. Agree to the cooperation agreement and the processor agreement;
  4. agree to the design of the composition and profile of the members of the Regional Disputes Committee;
  5. Agree to the design of the procedure for recruitment and selection of the members of the Regional Disputes Committee;
  6. To inform the works council and local consultations of this decision and to offer the regulations to the works council and local consultations for information.

4. Completion Phase-2 town hall component; construction site / Hans Gaillard

The actual completion of the renovation phase-2 town hall is scheduled for March 1, 2021. This will also free up the land behind it, which is currently serving as a construction site.
Since there are no concrete plans for the layout of this area at this time, the project team proposes to vacate this area, level it and sow it with grass and as such transfer it "administratively. The zoning of the site will become part of the center development.

The college notes:

  1. The proposed approach and delivery of the construction site to be cleared;

5. Committee agendas and lists of commitments for November / Hans Gaillard

The college discussed the agendas and lists of commitments from the November committee meetings.


6. Development site; progress site 'St. Genovevastraat - P. Brueghelplein' / John Frenken

With the adoption of the "Frameworks as Heading" memorandum, in addition to the housing programming for the development sites included therein, new process agreements were also made with the council's Land Affairs Committee. For the development location 'St. Genovevastraat -
P. Brueghelplein' an urban development concept plan has been drawn up and discussed with local residents, so that a position on this is desired from the council's Grondgebiedzaken committee.
With the advice of the council committee Grondgebiedzaken, the college will be asked to take further decisions. These decisions will be communicated to the initiator so that the initiator knows where she stands.

College Decision:

  1. As part of image formation, to seek an opinion from the Territory Affairs Committee regarding the development site "St. Genovevastraat - P. Brueghelplein" and, with the committee's opinion, to then proceed to decision-making;
  2. To submit the committee proposal for this purpose to the council's Land Use Committee for the November 30, 2020 meeting.

7. Plan damage request plots Brouwerskampweg ong / John Frenken

In view of the decision of the District Court Oost-Brabant dated October 16, 2020, the college is advised to take a decision on the submitted request for planning compensation regarding the parcels Brouwerskampweg ong., cadastral municipality of Son en Breugel section G, nos. 127 and 128. It is proposed to reject the request for compensation for planning damage.

The college decides to reject the submitted request for compensation for planning damage with respect to the parcels Brouwerskampweg ong., kadastraal bekend Gemeente Son en Breugel sectie G, nrs. 127 en 128.

8. Answering questions DB, VVD and VoorU Oct 30, 2020 / Jan Boersma

The Dorpsbelang, VVD and Voor-U groups have submitted additional questions to the college regarding the procurement of the Village Hall and the spreadsheet previously provided regarding the procurement.

College Decision:

  1. To take note of the letter answering the questions;
  2. To agree to answer the questions;
  3. Agree to send the letter to council members.
