1. Freedom of Information Act request / John Frenken
On June 16, 2021, the council receives a request under the Government Information (Public Access) Act (Wob). The request is for notes, email correspondence, text messages and WhatsApp messages, audio/video recordings, and reports of conversations with and by a number of civil servants. The request has been assessed against the Wob.
College Decision:
- make a decision on the Wob request;
- to disclose the documents, with the exception of personal data pursuant to Article 10(2)(e) of the Wob and with the exception of personal policy opinions pursuant to Article 11(1) of the Wob, in accordance with the decision.
2. Award recommendation for the tender for the illumination of the church tower and Old Town Hall / Jan Boersma
The tendering procedure for the lighting of the church tower and the old town hall in Son has been completed. Minutes of the opening of the tenders have been drawn up. The tendering procedure was supervised by our consultant Nobralux, who drew up a recommendation for the award of the contract. Installation company Konings Verlichtingstechniek submitted the lowest bid.
College Decision:
- to determine the award recommendation for the Illuminatie church tower and old town hall;
- to award the work to Konings Verlichtingstechniek from Ravenstein, for an amount of €68,315 excluding VAT.
3. Begoniastraat (re)development site; questions FOR YOU! Tree felling on Begoniastraat / John Frenken
On July 22, 2021, the VOOR U! political party asked a number of questions regarding the felling of trees for the construction of homes on Begoniastraat.
The council decides to refer to the previous response dated April 30, 2021, which was subsequently posted on Notubox, in order to answer the questions dated July 22, 2021, regarding the tree felling on Begoniastraat.
