1. Wob request / John Frenken
On June 16, 2021, the college received a request under the Open Government Act (Wob). It requests notes, email correspondence, text and whatsapp messages, audio/visual recordings and reports of conversations with and by a number of officials. The request has been reviewed under the Wob.
College Decision:
- make a decision on the Wob request;
- To make the documents public, except for personal data under Article 10(2)(e) of the Wob and except for personal policy views under Article 11(1) of the Wob, in accordance with the decision.
2. Award recommendation for tender illuminations church tower and Old Town Hall / Jan Boersma
The tender procedure for the blasting of the church tower and the old town hall in Son has been completed. An official report of the tender has been drawn up. The tender was supervised by our consultant Nobralux, they have made an award recommendation. Installation company Konings Verlichtingstechniek tendered the lowest price.
College Decision:
- Adopt the award recommendation for the Illumination Church Tower and Old City Hall;
- To award the work to Konings Verlichtingstechniek of Ravenstein, in the amount of €68,315, excluding VAT.
(Re)development site Begoniastraat; questions FOR YOU! tree felling Begoniastraat / John Frenken
On July 22, 2021, the VOOR U! group asked a number of questions regarding the tree felling for the realization of the houses on Begonia Street.
The College decides to refer to the previously given answer dated April 30, 2021, subsequently posted in Notubox, for the answer to the questions dated July 22, 2021 regarding the tree canopy on Begonia Street.
