2. Decision on objection to order subject to penalty / Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen


On January 5, 2023, the council decides to impose an order subject to a penalty for constructing a building in violation of the provisions of the Environmental Law (General Provisions) Act. On January 13, 2023, the council receives an objection from the objector against the above decision. The appeals committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded, that the contested decision be upheld, and that the request for reimbursement of legal costs be rejected. The council decides:
1. to declare the objection unfounded;
2. to uphold the contested decision;
3. to reject the request for reimbursement of legal costs;
4. to refer to the advice of the appeals committee for the reasons for the decision.

3. User Agreement Primary School De Ruimte / Jan Boersma


In September 2020, it was decided to make credit available for the expansion of De Ruimte primary school. According to the current schedule, work on the expansion will start after the summer of 2023. In anticipation of the legal transfer of the land to Platoo, the land will be made available to Platoo via a usage agreement before construction work begins. The council has decided to adopt the usage agreement for the expansion of De Ruimte primary school in accordance with the attached draft.

4. Annual report and financial statements for 2022 Platoo School Board / Steven Grevink


In accordance with its articles of association, the Platoo school board submits its 2022 annual report to the municipal council for consultation. Neither the annual report nor the financial statements give rise to any questions.

The municipal executive:
1. takes note of the annual report and financial statements of the Platoo school board;
2. and adopts the RIB text.

5. Decision on complaint / Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen


On February 21, 2023, a complaint was received against an employee of the municipality of Son en Breugel. The complaint was handled in accordance with the 2009 Complaints Procedure. The report of findings shows that it is unclear exactly what happened. Both parties tell a different story. It is therefore not possible to determine whether the conduct actually took place. The council decides to declare the complaint against an employee of the municipality of Son en Breugel unfounded.

6. Political Evening Program / Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen


The council discusses the program schedule for the Political Evening on May 16, 2023.

7. Accommodation Policy 2024 / Jelle de Jong


As part of the redevelopment of the accommodation policy, HEVO has submitted a proposal with an action plan that provides a comprehensive process for developing a new policy-rich, strategic, future-proof, and sustainable accommodation policy. The council decides:
1. to approve the quotation from HEVO;
2. to include the financing of €29,538 excluding VAT in the second budget.

8. Written questions from the VVD regarding developments concerning Braecklant / Jelle de Jong


Response to questions from the VVD regarding the new Braecklant development. The municipal executive has finalized its responses to the VVD's questions regarding the new Braecklant development and has made them available to the council.

9. Future-proof recycling center / Jan Boersma


In 2022, it was determined that the liquid-tight floor of the recycling center was no longer adequate. The municipal executive has had two scenarios drawn up for the repair of the recycling center. The second scenario includes the accessibility improvements to the recycling center requested by the council. The municipal executive is submitting both scenarios to the municipal council and has expressed its preference for including the accessibility improvements. The council decides:
1. to submit two scenarios for the renovation of the recycling center to the municipal council, with the council expressing its preference for scenario 2: renovation of the recycling center and improvement of accessibility;
2. to request an investment credit of €593,138 from the municipal council.

10. PWR 2023–2027 / Jan Boersma


The Municipal Sewerage Plan 2016-2022 described the policy and implementation of the water tasks of the municipality of Son en Breugel. As the plan period expired at the end of 2022, we are reviewing our ambitions for the coming years and embedding them in a new plan: the Water and Sewerage Program 2023-2027. The municipal executive has decided to propose the following to the municipal council:
1. to adopt the Water and Sewerage Program 2023-2027;
2. to adopt the financial scenario for the development of sewerage rates for 2023-2027;
3. to adopt the third budget amendment in connection with the cost recovery plan.

11. Appointment of member of the Supervisory Board of the PlatOO foundation / Steven Grevink


On March 1, 2023, PlatOO submitted a request to approve the appointment of a new member to the Supervisory Board, Ms. Kerstin Vogel. Previously, the Board was responsible for this, but on December 17, 2008, the Board delegated various tasks to the Executive Board. The board can therefore approve the appointment of the member of the Supervisory Board on the basis of the delegation decision. PlatOO will be informed of this by letter. The board decides:
1. to approve the nomination of Ms. Kerstin Vogel as a member of the Supervisory Board;
2. to approve the letter to the Platoo Foundation.

12. Cooperation agreement Southeast Brabant Labor Market Region, House to Work / Steven Grevink


By entering into the Southeast Brabant Labor Market Region, Home to Work cooperation agreement, we are confirming regional cooperation on labor market-related issues. We are intensifying cooperation to improve services to residents and businesses. Merging the current administrative consultations will reduce administrative pressure and enable joint management. The council decides:
1. to agree to enter into the Southeast Brabant Labor Market Region, House to Work cooperation agreement;
2. to request the mayor to assign the signing of the cooperation agreement to Alderman ;
3. to agree to the draft council information letter.
