The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Opinions continued land area committee March 8, 2021 / Hans Gaillard
On March 8, the continued Land Area Affairs Committee meeting was held. The college is informed of the opinions given by this committee.
The college takes note of the opinions of the March 8, 2021 Continuing Land Affairs Committee.
3. Decision on objection regarding making an exit to the road in front of the plot at Vlinderlaan in Son en Breugel / Jan Boersma
The owner of the parcel has filed a notification for making an exit to the road in front of his parcel. The owners of the adjacent parcel have filed a notice of objection. The objection committee advises the college to declare the objection inadmissible. It is proposed to follow the advice of the objection committee.
The College decides:
1. declare the objection inadmissible;
2. uphold the contested consent;
3. to refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.
4. Renewal designation decision DPG supervision childcare / Jos de Bruin
Under the Child Care Act, the college has designated the Public Health Director of the GGD as the child care supervisor. At this time, this director is also responsible for supervision and enforcement of corona measures in child care. For this, the college still needs to explicitly designate the director.
The college decides to appoint the Public Health Director of the GGD Brabant-Zuidoost as childcare supervisor pursuant to the provisions of Article 58r of the Public Health Act and Article 1.61 of the Childcare Act, in accordance with the designation decision.
The mayor decides to grant a mandate to the Director of Public Health of the GGD Brabant-Zuidoost to issue an order under Article 58n of the Public Health Act, in accordance with the mandate decision.
5. Council agenda March 18, 2021 / Hans Gaillard
The college discusses the documents scheduled for the March 18 council meeting.
6. Agenda Dagelijks Bestuur Dienst Dommelvallei d.d. March 23, 2021 / Hans Gaillard
The daily board of Dienst Dommelvallei includes the mayor and municipal secretary of the participating municipalities. It has been agreed between the municipalities and Dienst Dommelvallei that the agenda and related documents are discussed in advance in the collegiate meetings for information.
The college takes note of the agenda of the Daily Board of Service Dommelvallei of March 23, 2021.
7. Omgevingswet: questions and answers council groups dated Feb. 16, 2021 / John Frenken
On February 16, 2021, the groups of For You !, VVD and Dorpsbelang asked a number of questions following previously sent information to the council in the form of the document '... Omgevingswet; activities with members of the City Council (reference date 04-02-2021) ...'. The college decides, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure, to bring the response to the questions to the attention of the council.
The college decides to approve the answers to the questions posed in the context of the Omgevingswet and inform the council of these answers.
