1. Adopt non-public and public decision list dated February 9, 2021 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Ensia BAG, BGT and BRO / Jan Boersma
An annual self-assessment is carried out on the set-up and operation of the basic registration of large-scale topography (BGT), the basic registration of addresses and buildings (BAG) and the Basic Registration of the Subsurface (BRO). In 2019, the municipality of Son and Breugel scored a sufficient score for the BGT and BAG for the first time because we had already unofficially started the GEO center arrangement. In 2020, the center arrangement was officially established and tasks were transferred. With this transfer there was some delay in the BAG process which caused the sub-score timeliness for the BAG to be sub-standard. For the BGT we score maximum and more than meet the legal requirements. The foregoing does not yet apply to the BRO. The results are contained in the 2020 self-assessment reports. These are presented to your college for adoption.
College Decision:
- Adopt the 2020 BAG Self-Assessment Report;
- Adopt the BGT 2020 Self-Assessment Report;
- Adopt the 2020 BRO Self-Evaluation Report.
3. Call for customized compensation for affected business owners / Jan Boersma
The municipalities of Ridderkerk, Barendrecht and Albrandswaard have taken the initiative to send an appeal on behalf of the Dutch municipalities to the ministers of Economic Affairs and Climate and Social Affairs and Employment. The college takes note of the letter calling for custom compensation for affected business owners.

The college asks the municipality of Eindhoven to submit the draft view on the Draft Preferred Decision Airspace Review also on behalf of the municipality of Son and Breugel. In this Opinion, more attention is requested for the consequences for health in our region by the different use of airspace.
