1. Adoption of the list of non-public and public decisions dated February 9, 2021 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Ensia BAG, BGT, and BRO / Jan Boersma
Every year, a self-evaluation is carried out on the design and operation of the Large-Scale Topography Database (BGT), the Address and Building Database (BAG), and the Subsurface Database (BRO). In 2019, the municipality of Son en Breugel scored a satisfactory grade for the BGT and BAG for the first time because we had already unofficially started with the GEO center regulation. In 2020, the center regulation was officially established and tasks were transferred. This transfer caused some delay in the BAG process, resulting in a below-average partial score for timeliness in the BAG. We score maximum points for the BGT and more than meet the legal requirements. The above does not yet apply to the BRO. The results are included in the 2020 self-evaluation reports. These will be presented to your council for approval.
College Decision:
- to adopt the BAG 2020 self-assessment report;
- to adopt the BGT 2020 self-assessment report;
- to adopt the BRO 2020 self-assessment report.
3. Call for customized compensation for affected entrepreneurs / Jan Boersma

The initiators appreciate the government's robust package of measures but invite the ministers to enter into consultation to explain their ideas about local customization and the role of Dutch municipalities in this regard.
The council takes note of the letter calling for customized compensation for the affected entrepreneurs.
4. Submission of opinion on Draft Preferred Decision on Airspace Review / Paul van Liempd
The council asks the municipality of Eindhoven to submit the draft opinion on the Draft Preferred Decision on Airspace Review on behalf of the municipality of Son en Breugel as well. This opinion calls for more attention to be paid to the health consequences in our region of using the airspace differently.
