The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Joint response to draft co-use permit for Eindhoven Airport 2023-2024 - Steven Grevink

A draft co-use permit for Eindhoven Airport for 2023-2024 has been prepared and the municipalities in the region are giving a joint reaction to it. This reaction forms input for a joint reaction from the Eindhoven Airport Consultation (LEO). Municipality of Eindhoven sent the letter on behalf of the region, and thus Son en Breugel.

The college decides to take note of the joint response to the draft permit for civilian co-use of Eindhoven Airport 2023 - 2024.

3. Omgevingswet; 2nd image-forming session with council regarding council decision(s) to be taken Dec. 08, 2022 - Jelle de Jong

In the coming months, choices are to be made by the city council in relation to, and within the framework of, the Omgevingswet. To properly prepare the city council for this, the council was further informed about and prepared for these choices to be made during the information meeting on September 26, 2022. This was followed by a 1st image-forming meeting. It was determined that this meeting would be followed by a 2nd image-forming meeting on December 8, 2022. This will be followed by the steps of "forming opinions" and "decision-making" in Jan. - March 2023. For the 2nd image-forming conversation, background information has been gathered and a presentation has been prepared to guide this conversation. Requested that this be sent to the council.

The college decides to take note of the information / presentation as an invitation to the council for the 2nd image-forming discussion on the aspects of the Omgevingswet on which the council needs to start making decisions, in accordance with the previously made process agreements.
