The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Joint response to draft shared use permit for Eindhoven Airport 2023-2024 - Steven Grevink
A draft shared use permit for Eindhoven Airport for 2023-2024 has been drawn up, and the municipalities in the region are responding to it jointly. This response will form the basis for a joint response from the Eindhoven Airport Consultation Group (LEO). The municipality of Eindhoven sent the letter on behalf of the region, and therefore Son en Breugel.
The council decides to take note of the joint response to the draft permit for civil use of Eindhoven Airport 2023–2024.
3. Omgevingswet; 2nd exploratory session with the council regarding council decision(s) to be taken on December 8, 2022 - Jelle de Jong
In the coming months, the municipal council will have to make decisions in relation to, and within the framework of, the Omgevingswet. In order to prepare the municipal council properly for this, the council was given further information about and prepared for these decisions during the informative meeting on September 26, 2022. This was followed by an initial exploratory discussion. It was decided that this meeting would be followed by a second exploratory meeting on December 8, 2022. This will be followed by the steps of 'opinion forming' and 'decision making' in January-March 2023. Background information has been gathered for the second exploratory meeting and a presentation has been prepared to serve as a guide for this meeting. The council has been asked to send this information to the council.
The council decides to take note of the information/presentation as an invitation to the council for the second exploratory meeting on the aspects of the Omgevingswet the council must take decisions, in accordance with the process agreements made earlier.
