1. Non-public decision list and public decision list dated February 8, 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. General authorization 2022 / Hans Gaillard
General authorization designates officials authorized to act on behalf of the College, Mayor or City Council in objection and appeal proceedings. The current general authorization is dated March 9, 2021 and is outdated. Therefore, the general authorization should be updated.
College Decision:
- Adopt the general authorization dated February 15, 2022;
- To revoke the general authorization dated March 9, 2021.
3. Political Evening program and list of commitments February 17, 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The college will discuss the documents scheduled for the Feb. 17 political evening.
4. Letter of intent for express bicycle route F58 / Jan Boersma
The construction of the F58 will create a high-quality regional bicycle connection, in which the safety and comfort of cyclists is central. In the Memorandum of Understanding, the authorities involved make a joint commitment to make the express cycle route possible. The college takes note of the agreement of intent to realize the "Wilhelminakanaal F58 express cycle route" together with the municipalities involved and the province.
College Decision:
- To agree to sign the letter of intent for the express bicycle route F58 (Tilburg - Eindhoven - Laarbeek);
- Authorize Alderman Boersma to sign the letter of intent on behalf of the College of Mayor and Aldermen.
5. Mandate Integration Act 2021 Son en Breugel / Paul van Liempd
As of January 1, 2022, the Civic Integration Act 2021 came into effect. The official implementation, organization and policy developments of this Act have been placed with Dienst Dommelvallei. Hence, it is logical to (sub)mandate the powers belonging to the college to the director of Dienst Dommelvallei.
College Decision:
- To grant a mandate to the Director of Service Dommelvallei regarding the implementation of the tasks related to the Integration Act 2021;
- Agree to grant power of attorney and authorization to the Director of Service Dommelvallei;
- To grant a mandate to the PIP consultants of Werkpartners BV as part of the WSD group regarding the implementation of the broad intake as well as the guidance of the person obliged to integrate in the field of the Integration Act 2021;
- Publish the mandate decision pursuant to Article 3:42 Awb.
