1. Non-public list of decisions and public list of decisions dated February 8, 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. General authorization 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The general authorization designates officials who are authorized to act on behalf of the municipal executive, the mayor, or the municipal council in objection and appeal proceedings. The current general authorization dates from March 9, 2021, and is outdated. The general authorization must therefore be updated.
College Decision:
- to adopt the general authorization dated February 15, 2022;
- to revoke the general authorization dated March 9, 2021.
3. Political Evening Program and list of commitments February 17, 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The council discusses the items on the agenda for the political evening of February 17.
4. Letter of intent for fast cycle route F58 / Jan Boersma
The construction of the F58 will create a high-quality regional cycle route, with the safety and comfort of cyclists being paramount. In the letter of intent, the authorities involved have jointly agreed to work towards making this fast cycle route a reality. The council takes note of the letter of intent to realize the 'Wilhelminakanaal F58 Fast Cycle Route' in collaboration with the municipalities involved and the province.
College Decision:
- to agree to sign the letter of intent for the F58 fast cycle route (Tilburg – Eindhoven – Laarbeek);
- To authorize Alderman to sign the letter of intent on behalf of the Municipal Executive.
5. Mandate Integration Act 2021 Son en Breugel / Paul van Liempd
The 2021 Integration Act came into force on January 1, 2022. The administrative implementation, organization, and policy developments of this Act are entrusted to Dienst Dommelvallei. It is therefore logical to delegate the powers vested in the municipal executive to the director of Dienst Dommelvallei.
College Decision:
- to grant the director of Dienst Dommelvallei a mandate with regard to the performance of tasks in the field of the 2021 Integration Act;
- to agree to grant power of attorney and authorization to the director of Dienst Dommelvallei;
- to grant the PIP consultants of Werkpartners BV, as part of the WSD group, a mandate with regard to the implementation of the broad intake as well as the guidance of those required to integrate in accordance with the Integration Act 2021;
- to publish the mandate decision pursuant to Article 3:42 of the General Administrative Law Act.
