2. Overview of decisions taken during mandate week 33 2023 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen
The college is periodically informed of decisions made in mandate. The summary includes decisions made on behalf of the college or the mayor in the past period.
The council takes note of the 'Overview of decisions taken in mandate week 33 2023'.
3. Regulation on the Son en Breugel Environmental Quality Advisory Committee 2023 - Jelle de Jong
Under the Omgevingswet , a different form of advisory committees for the mayor and aldermen Omgevingswet expected. The Omgevingswet the establishment of an advisory committee for environmental quality for at least monuments, but the idea behind the Act is to establish a broad advisory committee for environmental quality. This committee will deal with monuments, aesthetics, and public use. The Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG) has drawn up a standard regulation. This has been adapted to the situation in Son en Breugel.
The college decides to:
- Propose to the council that the Son en Breugel Environmental Quality Advisory Committee Regulation 2023 be adopted.
- To repeal the Rules of Procedure of the Monuments Committee (from 2011).
4. Budget Holder Scheme 2023 - Jan Boersma
The current budget holder scheme dates from 2020. In connection with organizational development, it is necessary to amend the budget holder scheme accordingly.
The council adopts the 2023 budget holder scheme with an effective date of September 1, 2023.
The council decides to adopt the 2023 budget holder scheme.
