10. Youth Care Plus 2019 settlement and procurement 2021 / Paul van Liempd

Jeugdzorgplus (closed youth care) is purchased supra-regionally. A final settlement takes place annually among the municipalities. In 2019, there was underproduction at the national level, largely due to the bankruptcy of institution Juzt.
The underproduction cannot be recovered from Juzt. The underproduction is therefore partially recovered from the other providers, the remainder is for the account of the municipalities.
From 2021, new contracts for youth care plus must be concluded. The Youth Care Plus Vision Document 2021 and beyond forms the basis for the agreements that will be laid down in these contracts.

College Decision:

  1. Agree in retrospect to the final settlement Youth Care Plus 2019. This means in connection with the underspending for Southeast Brabant an amount of €25,000 to be recovered from the providers and an amount of €104,000 not to be recovered from the providers and thus to be borne by the municipalities;
  2. to agree with the Vision Document Procurement Youth Care Plus country section South East Netherlands 2021 and beyond;
  3. to agree to jointly start the contracting process for youth care plus 2021 in the South East Region. Herein the Southeast Brabant region is represented by administrative leader Alderman Richters of the Municipality of Eindhoven.
