The college adopts the decision lists.

2. General Board MRE dated December 15, 2021 / Hans Gaillard

The next meeting of the General Board ofthe Eindhoven Metropolitan Region willtake place on December 15, 2021. Through this advisory note, the agenda and documents are submitted to the college for notification.

The college decides to take note of the agenda, related documents and annotations made for the consultation of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region on December 15, 2021.

3. Overview of decisions taken in mandate week 50 2021 / Hans Gaillard

The College is periodically informed of decisions made in mandate. The summary includes decisions made on behalf of the College or the Mayor.

The college takes note of the overview of decisions taken in mandate week 50 2021.

4. Cooperation agreement traffic counts / Paul van Liempd

On July 13, 2021, the college decided to participate in the provincial framework agreement collective collection of traffic counts. The related arrangements should be ratified by signing a cooperation agreement with the province.

The college decides to adopt the Cooperation Agreement on conducting traffic counts on municipal roads.

5. Contribution secretariat SLLE (Eindhoven Airport) / Paul van Liempd

In the 2019 "Reconnected" report, Mr. van Geel provides recommendations on the future of Eindhoven Airport. These recommendations have been widely embraced, including by the city councils of the peripheral municipalities. This advisory note provides insight into the financing of the implementation of the recommendations. The college is asked to make a contribution of € 2,220 per year for the years 2021 to 2025 to finance the secretariat of the Liveability Fund.

The college decides to finance the secretariat for the Stichting Leefbaarheid Luchthaven Eindhoven for an amount of € 2,220 per year in the period 2021 -2025.

6. Sustainable facade insulation exterior / Paul van Liempd

On June 28, 2018, the municipal council unanimously adopted the motion "The sustainable facade" or "Flemish Rooilijndecreet in Son en Breugel. The motion asks the college to investigate whether and how the principles of the Flemish Rooilijndecreet can also be used in our municipality. Recently an initiator came forward who wants to insulate the outside of his facade. The resident needs the insulation in order for the heat pump in his home to function properly. The college has examined under what Requirements it wants to cooperate. For this purpose, it has prepared a policy rule Sustainable facade insulation exterior.

College Decision:

  • To withdraw the council proposal Sustainable façade insulation;
  • Adopt the Sustainable Facade Insulation Policy Rule;
  • Inform the City Council in the following council information letter.

7. Decision Wob request / Paul van Liempd

On November 4, 2021, we received a request under the Public Access Act (Wob). The petitioner requests information regarding the performance of management tasks by the Forest Group in forests and natural areas of the municipality. Part of the information is already public. Another part of the information can be disclosed, with the exception of personal data and personal policy views. Finally, disclosure of part of the information can be refused.

College Decision:

  1. Issue a decision on the Wob request dated November 4, 2021;
  2. That the Wob does not cover information that is already in the public domain;
  3. To make the document mentioned in the decision on the Wob request with order number 4 public in its entirety;
  4. make the document mentioned in the decision on the Wob request with serial number 2 public, with the exception of personal data pursuant to Article 10(2)(e) of the Wob and personal policy views pursuant to Article 11(1) of the Wob;
  5. Not to disclose the document mentioned in the decision on the Wob request with serial number 3 pursuant to article 2.57 paragraph 2 of the 2012 Procurement Act and article 10 paragraph 2 sub b of the Wob.

8. Dutch Debt Relief Route Agreement / Paul van Liempd

The municipality of Son en Breugel is entering into a cooperation with the Dutch Schuldhulproute (debt relief route) to draw the attention of residents of the municipality who may need help with their finances to the route of the NSR. This involves the targeted notification of residents who have been identified as possibly needing help with their finances. The aim of the Dutch Shake Aid Route is to find people with money worries at an earlier stage, reach them in a targeted way and quickly direct them to the right help.

College Decision:

  • Adopt the Dutch Debt Relief Route (NSR) Connection Agreement as per the attached draft;
  • Cover the annual financial contribution from the Poverty Policy budget.
