1. October 13, 2026 Public Agenda of the Municipality of Son en Breugel

The board sets the agenda.

2. List of Public Resolutions of the Municipality of Son en Breugel, October 6, 2026

The college adopts the decision list.

3. Internal (Non-Public) List of Decisions, October 6, 2026

The college adopts the decision list.

4. Political Evening, October 15, 2026

The Executive Board takes note of the program for the Political Evening on October 15, 2026, and submits the list of commitments and the list of pending motions to the council. 

The Executive Board resolves:
1. to take note of the agenda for the Political Evening on October 15, 2026;
2. to submit the list of commitments dated September 24, July 2026, to the council;
3. to submit the list of pending motions for the council meeting on October 15, 2026, to the council.

5. Decision on the objection to the Woo request for a contract within the Breeakker Noord project

On May 19, 2026, the municipal executive issues a decision on a Woo request dated February 11, 2026. On May 25, 2026, the municipal executive receives a notice of objection from the objector against the aforementioned decision. The Appeals Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld. 

The Board decides:
1. to declare the appeal unfounded;
2. to uphold the contested decision;
3. to refer to the opinion of the Appeals Committee for the reasoning behind the decision.

6. Bankruptcy of the contractor for the expansion of Bs de Bloktempel

The contractor for the expansion of De Bloktempel Elementary School has been declared bankrupt. The school board is taking measures and discussing how to proceed with the work. The implications for the schedule and costs are still being assessed. The municipal executive has decided to approve the text regarding the bankruptcy of the contractor for the expansion of De Bloktempel Elementary School and to include it in a special council information letter.

7. Annotation AB MRE October 14, 2026

The next meeting of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region will take place on October 14, 2026. This advisory memorandum presents the agenda, along with supporting documents, to the Executive Board for information. 

The Executive Board resolves to take note of the agenda, the documents, and the administrative annotation for the meeting of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region on October 14, 2026.
