3. Political Evening January 15, 2026

The council decides to take note of the program for the Political Evening on January 15, 2026.

4. Regional Program To the Right Place 2026-2029

The regional program Naar de juiste plek 2026–2029 (To the right place 2026–2029) builds on existing approaches and is in line with the new law Van school naar duurzaam werk (From school to sustainable work). The program focuses on increasing equal opportunities for young people through better guidance from school to education and sustainable work. The municipality of Eindhoven is proposed as the contact municipality for the Doorstroompuntregio Zuidoost-Brabant (South-East Brabant Transfer Point Region). The program has been coordinated regionally, approved, and financially covered by OCW funds.

The council decides:

1. to designate the municipality of Eindhoven as the contact municipality for the Southeast Brabant Transfer Point Region;
2. take note of the regional program To the Right Place 2026-2029. 

5. Manifesto on socially responsible commissioning and procurement 2022

The National Manifesto for Socially Responsible Procurement and Contracting (MVOI) was drawn up to stimulate the ambitions of government organizations in this area and to further secure the achievement of our sustainability ambitions. By drawing up an MVOI action plan for 2026 in collaboration with the Southeast Brabant Environmental Service (ODZOB) and the Southeast Brabant Procurement and Tendering Agency (BIZOB), we are translating national ambitions into local implementation and fulfilling the ambitions set out in the 2022-2026 municipal program and the 2026-2029 budget.

The municipal executive decides:

1. to sign the National Manifesto on Socially Responsible Contracting and Procurement for 2022–2025;
2. to request the mayor to assign the signing of the Manifesto to Alderman Grevink;
3. to approve the drafting of a CSR action plan for 2026 and to assign this task to the ODZOB.

6. Migration statement DataB to network drive

In 2023, it was decided to transfer most tax tasks to the East Brabant Tax Cooperation (BSOB). This transfer was completed in January 2024. Since then, BSOB has been handling old objections, while Dienst Dommelvallei (DD) is still carrying out ongoing collections. Because the tax tasks have been transferred and the DataB application now only contains semi-static data, it makes sense to discontinue use of this application and transfer the data to the network drive of Dienst Dommelvallei. Now that this migration has been completed, it is necessary to draw up a so-called Migration Statement and have it signed by the council. The second appendix concerns the migration report, which describes how the migration took place.

The council decides to agree to the migration statement for the migration of tax data from DataB to the network drive.

7. Budget 2026 Platoo

In accordance with its articles of association, the Platoo school board has submitted the 2026 budget to the municipality for consultation. It is proposed that the council take note of this.

The council decides:

1. takes note of Platoo's 2026 budget and sees no reason for further consultation;
2. to adopt the text on Platoo's 2026 budget and include it in the next council information letter.
