2. SGE Administrative Platform dated December 16, 2022 - Hans Gaillard
The Administrative Platform of the Eindhoven Urban Area (SGE) is scheduled for December 16, 2022. With this B&W note, the agenda and underlying documents are submitted to the college for notification.

3. Deployment of sports and culture coach - Jelle de Jong
In cooperation with the Sports Council, professional support will be used to implement the Local Sports Agreement.
The college decides to grant a subsidy of € 35,000 to LEVgroep for the deployment of professional support for the implementation of the Local Sports Agreement, in accordance with the attached decision.
4. RIB Progress Breugel Bruist - Jelle de Jong

The college decides to adopt and send the RIB "Progress Breugel Bruist!" to the city council.
5. Audit protocol and standards framework in the context of financial statements 2022 - Jan Boersma
The council has commissioned Crowe Foederer BV to conduct the audit for the fiscal year 2022. However, in order to prepare and support the implementation of the audit, the council still needs to specify a number of issues, which takes place in the audit protocol.
The college decides:
- To accept for notification the 2022 audit protocol including the 2022 standards framework;
- To accept the council proposal for audit 2022 for notification.

On August 30, 2022, the college decides to designate two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles in the IJssellaan in Son en Breugel. On October 11, 2022, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector against the above decision. 10. Mandate change 'A 10 for youth' - Steven Grevink
This proposal addresses broadening the mandate for the procurement organization's program manager "A 10 for Youth.
The college decides to amend the Powers Regulation 'A 10 for Youth Son and Breugel 2021', as per the attached amendment decision.
11. File 21fortheYouth 2023 - Steven Grevink
This opinion addresses developments related to the "Work Plan 21fortheJuvenile 2023," cooperation agreements with Safe Home and an authorization for Safe Home.
College Decision:
- Agree to the 21fortheYouth work plan for 2023 and its budget;
- Agree to the renewed cooperation agreements between municipalities, local teams and Safe Home;
- To authorize Stichting Veilig Thuis Oost-Brabant for the deployment of crisis assistance and to make this effective retroactively as of October 1, 2022 in accordance with the attached draft municipal bulletin with simultaneous revocation of the "Authorization of Stichting Veilig Thuis Zuidoost-Brabant".

17. Decision on objection to environmental permit - Jelle de Jong
On July 19, 2022, the college decides to grant an environmental permit for the installation of various fencing and gates on the parcel of land locally known as De Kuilen ongenummerd in Son en Breugel. On August 5, 2022, the college receives a notice of objection from the objectors against the above decision. The Appeals Committee advises to declare the objection unfounded, uphold the contested decision and reject the request for reimbursement of legal costs.

18. Additional library subsidy for Language House - Jelle de Jong
Dommeldal Library has submitted a supplemental grant to benefit the Language House for 2022. The Language House has grown in activities and volunteers due to an increase in demand for language support. The current subsidy is no longer covering. The proposal is to award the grant. In the multi-year budget 2023-2026 there is additional budget for structural coverage of some components. The rent component is not included.
College Decision:
- The college decides to provide an additional grant for 2022 of €15,910 to Library Dommeldal for the purpose of the Language House and charge it to the budget of Library Dommeldal;
- The college decides to account during the 2022 financial statements for the overrun of the library Dommeldal budget as a result of decision point 1;
- The college decides to allocate an additional subsidy for 2023 of €5,000 for the purpose of renting rooms for language classes and to include this cost in the first administrative report 2023.
19. Application for contract duties JGZ 2023 - Steven Grevink
Local agreements are made with the GGD to perform tasks for youth health care (JGZ); the contract tasks. Part of this is the deployment of the youth physician in the CMD. In order to guarantee the quality of the JGZ, the CMD support and the cooperation in the Health , a structural increase in the deployment of the GGD youth physician for the CDM is needed. The cost of this additional deployment is €25,407 annually starting in 2023. The recommendation is to approve the application for 2023 and beyond.

- Agree to the GGD's request for the increase in contract duties for JGZ 2023;
- Present the unforeseen contribution of €25,407 from 2023 to the Council in the first BERAP 2023 and the multi-year budget 2024-2027.
20. Social Domain Policy Framework for recommendation to Social Domain Advisory Council - Steven Grevink
The (draft) Social Domain Policy Framework gives direction to the developments as we see them for the coming period in the social domain.
The College decides to submit the draft Social Domain Policy Framework to the Social Domain Advisory Council for advice.
