2. SGE Administrative Platform dated December 16, 2022 - Hans Gaillard
The Administrative Platform of the Eindhoven Urban Area (SGE) is scheduled for December 16, 2022. This municipal executive memorandum presents the agenda and supporting documents for the attention of the municipal executive.

3. Deployment of sports and culture coach - Jelle de Jong
In collaboration with the Sports Council, professional support is being provided for the implementation of the Local Sports Agreement.
The council decides to grant a subsidy of €35,000 to the LEVgroep for the provision of professional support for the implementation of the Local Sports Agreement, in accordance with the attached decision.
4. RIB Progress Breugel Bruist - Jelle de Jong
RIB regarding Progress Breugel Bruist!
The council decides to adopt the RIB "Progress Breugel Bruist!" and send it to the municipal council.
5. Audit protocol and standards framework in the context of the 2022 financial statements - Jan Boersma
The board has commissioned Crowe Foederer BV to perform the audit for the 2022 financial year. However, in preparation for and in support of the audit, the board still needs to arrange a number of matters, which will be set out in the audit protocol.
The board decides:
- to take note of the 2022 control protocol, including the 2022 standards framework;
- to take note of the board proposal for the 2022 audit.

On August 30, 2022, the municipal executive decides to designate two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles on IJssellaan in Son en Breugel. On October 11, 2022, the municipal executive receives an objection from an objector against the above decision. The appeals committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

This proposal concerns expanding the mandate of the program manager of the procurement organization 'A 10 for Youth'.
The council decides to amend the Powers Regulation 'A 10 for Youth Son en Breugel 2021', in accordance with the attached amendment decision.
11. File 21forYouth 2023 - Steven Grevink
This advisory report discusses developments relating to the 'Work Plan 21 for Youth 2023', the cooperation agreements with Veilig Thuis (Safe Home) and an authorization for Veilig Thuis.
College Decision:
- to approve the 21voordeJeugd work plan for 2023 and the accompanying budget;
- to agree to the renewed cooperation agreements between municipalities, local teams, and Veilig Thuis;
- To authorize Stichting Veilig Thuis Oost-Brabant (Safe Home Foundation East Brabant) to deploy crisis assistance and to have this take effect retroactively as of October 1, 2022, in accordance with the attached draft municipal gazette, while simultaneously revoking the "Authorization Stichting Veilig Thuis Zuidoost-Brabant" (Safe Home Foundation Southeast Brabant).

17. Decision on objection to environmental permit - Jelle de Jong
On July 19, 2022, the council decides to grant an environmental permit for the installation of various fences and gates on the plot locally known as De Kuilen, unnumbered, in Son en Breugel. On August 5, 2022, the council receives an objection from the objectors against the above decision. The objections committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded, that the contested decision be upheld, and that the request for reimbursement of legal costs be rejected.

18. Additional subsidy for library for Taalhuis - Jelle de Jong
Dommeldal Library has submitted an additional subsidy application for the Language Center for 2022. The Taalhuis has grown in terms of activities and volunteers due to an increase in demand for language support. The current subsidy is no longer sufficient. The proposal is to grant the subsidy. In the 2023-2026 multi-year budget, additional budget has been made available for structural coverage of a number of components. The rental component has not been included.
College Decision:
- The council decides to grant an additional subsidy of €15,910 to Dommeldal Library for the Taalhuis (Language Center) in 2022, to be charged to the budget of Dommeldal Library.
- The council decides to report on the budget overrun for the Dommeldal library as a result of decision point 1 in the 2022 annual accounts.
- The board decides to grant an additional subsidy of €5,000 for 2023 for the purpose of renting space for language lessons and to include these costs in the first management report for 2023.
19. Application for JGZ contract tasks 2023 - Steven Grevink
Local agreements are made with the Municipal Health Service (GGD) to carry out tasks for youth health care (JGZ); the contractual tasks. Part of this involves the deployment of the youth doctor in the cmd. Health guarantee the quality of the JGZ, the CMD support, and the cooperation in the Health , a structural increase in the deployment of the GGD youth doctor for the CDM is necessary. The costs of this additional deployment amount to €25,407 per year from 2023 onwards. The recommendation is to approve the request for 2023 and beyond.
The council decides:
- to approve the request from the Municipal Health Service (GGD) for an increase in the contractual tasks for Youth Health Care (JGZ) in 2023;
- submit the unforeseen contribution of €25,407 from 2023 onwards to the Council in the first BERAP 2023 and the multi-year budget for 2024-2027.
20. Social Domain Policy Framework for advising the Social Domain Advisory Council - Steven Grevink
The (draft) policy framework for the social domain provides direction for the developments we anticipate in the social domain in the coming period.
The council decides to submit the draft policy framework for the social domain to the Social Domain Advisory Council for advice.
